    • Thanks Brat,prashk, Aneesh asc n all...

we had quite a eventful trip to yercaud. First my zma's fuse blew up...and this time it was the fuse located near the battery.Replaced the fuse, removed connection from one horn which I was suspecting to b the culprit and it was back to track again. My friend kick started and was riding it for around 50kms without any hassle before we changed the fuse. The ride back was just 3.5hrs from salem to KR puram.
On the otherhand another R15 broke down and we and the mechanics broke their head to get it fixed.I hate fully faired bikes from now. You cant even check the sparkplug .It just refused to start. one problem lead to the other and finally we got the battery replaced after exploring the bike for a day!!!

The fuel pump was not working and it worked after changing the battery.

      • Hi,

Due to being in office I am not able to atach the pic but I have provided the link below. I checked the tyre today but it was not rubbing against the link rod. Pease help me with some suggestions to rectify this.

And this happenned specifically after the accident but the question is during my fall, the bike fell towards left side so why the tyre is affected on the right side? Or it it a defect in manufacturing of tyre(its a new tyre).

Whats special on it? You will have to remove the engine guard for fixing it! Guess CBZ Xtreme's guard is a direct fit.

And will the guard touch the fairing???

I have straight crash bar plonked on ZMA-R just like my RX. In fact there isn't much difference if it is 2011 or older model to my knowledge. You'll need to remove the engine scoop to fit.

I would think we had discussed this crash guard in detail and also compatibility of CBZ-X crash guard on ZMA. You might want flip back pages to see the detailed discussion, if you had missed then.

Reflectors provided in 2011 ZMA-R is just a cosmetic and doesn't matter if removed. I've even welded off the two reflector clamps from the bike to plonk extra horn of Pulsar (Hi-Tone).

Have flipped back bro, and have also seen pics on a Red ZMA. But somewhere in between saw something regarding compatibility issue in new zma, since its got the reflectors.

And by straight bar, do you mean the type used in RX's are they direct fit to ZMA???
And since its straight bar did you have to remove belly cowl too???

Im thinking of getting rid of the belly cowl, atleast for now, cause they'r making squeaking noises.

I removed the engine scoop even before plonking the crash bar, so I would not know if that might have hindered.
