      • ZMR tensioner is equally useless ..

        2 months of riding and 9000 kms covered, and its also kaput ...
        Wonder whats the bloody design flaw.

          I think CBZ Xtreme s Crash guard can be fitted without much issues...

            Welcome to my world sir, I face this every morning. The only possible remedy for me was to start with choke and hold it down for 10~15secs. Then the bikes uber smooth.

            It looks good bro, but its somewhat close to the fairing, and that scares the hell out of me.
            And am waiting for anyone to lend me their CBZ-X RC book, so that I can order a crash guard.

            Went to a dozen shops today, but none of them had the RX guard with matte finish, all had the plating, so asked the guy to order one, and he said it'll take a month to get.

              Can anyone give me ZMA's rear brake template???

              Cause Dilip bro agreed to make me a custom SMD led brake light. But he need the template to cut out the board.

                The problem was loose contact with CDI connector,delivering weak ignition voltage....When I just shook the connector the firing became ok...so removed the connector and cleaned the contact at both ends with Alcohol and WD 40 spray and installed the CDI back in place.
                Now bike is smooth as silk,and starts with ease...and revs much better
                Guess this is because for the past two days I had been riding the bike in heavy rain,and moisture condensation had led to this problem..
