Whats the O rings meant for?
More questions:
1. Does riding in low speed at higher gears(in case when engine knocks at low rpms) imply that sparks are occurring after top dead centre?
NO ...If it is after TDC there will be no Knocking..If it happens before TDC only you get knocking
2. Is it more harmful than redlining the engine? (As Aneesh bro or Ashwin bro stated that a car mech told this to his mom) If yes, then how?
Red lining and knocking both are Harmful to engine..no comparison which is better than the other...But knocking can lead to severe strain on the con rod big and small ends as well as crankshaft....redlining will also strain these parts..but proper lube flow can prevent disaster.
proper what? are we(frequent redliners) supposed to do it manually at regular intervals?
3. "Ignition advance map region" Sir please elaborate this point or any link will be helpful.
Every ICE running on Petrol has a spark plug and a control on spark timing..for instance at 1,500 rpm if it takes a piston 1 sec to complete one up and down movement, at 6,000 rpm this will be at 1/4th time or 0.25 sec...so essentially the time for combustion is becoming less with more RPM...so in order to compensate for this the timing happening at say 10 degree BTDC will be advanced to 20 degree BTDC to have early ignition and proper combustion ..this then is the Ignition map advancing..the ignition time with respect to TDC will be varied at various RPM to best suit the engine's efficiency.
Yippeeee.. Now it is clear somewhat. Can we tweak it? Is it programmed or controlled by some "fixed" electronic system?

The better breathing of the engine is quite evident - now I don't have to give as much throttle as I used to for attaining the same speed . Well , it should show since something which feeds a 1000cc engine is feeding my 223cc engine!!

Can I install ONLY an FFE as for near future because I can't spend much on mods. Can I expect a performance/FE increase? If so, by how much?
What are the differences expected/experienced(if by someone)?

The "O" rings are for sealing the petrol , entering the injector under pressure.
By Lube I meant the Oil in the engine..The oil is like the blood in our system, and if you run it without changing at every 2 K Kms it will get contaminated and engine will suffer.
Recently I ran 2700kms and then went to SVC, I hope it haven't affected the engine much
The Ignition Timing is pre-fixed and not adjustable from outside by us..Normally there will be a Throttle Position Sensor(TPS) in most 4 stroke bikes which will tell the Ignition system about the the throttle's relative position to engine RPM and make the ignitor either advance or retard the timing.
In bikes with FI and ECU, can we do it like programming ourselves for the ECU?
Also, is there any rev limiter kinda operation in the Karizma R 2011 models, 'cause I have got 2010 (black) and my bro has got 2011 (yellow) model and everytime when we ride on GQs his bike kinda stick to 130-135 kph region while I can overtake him with my speedo needle over 135kph. Or any other reason except the fact that black bikes are faster? :P
FFE will give only seat of pants feel ,of going fast but won't improve much and is a waste.Even in modified ZMA only sound will be more..The Karizma has one of the better designed Exhaust system in stock form.

Okay, idea discarded But I'll try the air filter mod definitely once I get to know some more about perfromance till next filter change.

Mention of Ganges brings fond memories of my stay at Kolkatta for a week in the '80s ,....at YMCA Esplanade...during the initial phase of Metro Rail Project.The place was dug up like crazy and so much of problem for the daily commuters...I was part of the problem since I visited Kolkatta for the metro ticketing,turnstiles,and security system planning and implementation, and also the upgrading of the Air Port communication systems...

You mean tuned FFE like the joels or locals? With joels FFE you will get a bump in performance and mileage,Mileage will surely increase,RTR owners had confirmed it. But the joels FFE will cost you nearly 7500rs excluding shipping.
