Sorry for the late reply. I managed to them fixed with stock clamps, to the bolts holding the fairing beside the fork. Works well now, almost to loud :P

Yesterday I had a weird experience with me.. I was riding my karizma in the city, the bike and the electrical were running ok.... As I had to fill petrol, I stopped at a petrol pump to fill petrol, after filling the petrol when i turned the ignition on, I was shocked.. nothing was coming up on the speedometer.. no horn, no self-start, no back-light.. just nothing was working.. I thought of trying to kick start the bike and luckily it started after 2 kicks.. I was wondering what went wrong, I thought that the battery might be low as I recently installed HID lights and a powerful horn. Anywayz, next day I took the bike to a local mechanic and asked him to check the battery and the wires. After checking the battery with a piece of wire, he told me that battery was ok and then he started checking the fuses.. one was for the relay of HID, and there were 3 more under the seat. The one for the HID was ok, he then started taking one by one fuse out from the fuse box under the seat and checking the connection with the wire. Of the 3 fuses, one was not working because of which the whole electrical system and the speedometer/RPM meter went off.. Here is the fuse which was not working..

It was written 7.5 on the fuse, the mechanic got one of 3.0 which worked thou. After getting the bike working, I went to few shops to find the fuse with 7.5 written on it, but didnt manage to find one.

So is it ok to run on 3.0 fuse which was earlier running on 7.5? or should I change it to 7.5?

Not ok. You can find a 7.5a fuse at the ASC or a Hero spare parts shop easily.
Always keep a stock of 7.5a, 15a and 20a fuses for the Karizma, you never know when you might need them.
It might have been some wire earthing that caused the fuse to blow, so check the horns etc to see if any loose contact is there.

One more question, There were different colors of fuses? what does the color indicates?

Purely on its merits you can definitely pick the ZMA about the future and the corporate strategy one can only guess. The new bikes are likely to be at a higher price bracket than the ZMA so they may both coexist.

And some solution about it !!!

nowadays my bike gives sudden jerk (as if going to reserve) while accelerating from a steady ride above 70km/hr ...

If your bike 'gives sudden jerks' within the 3K RPM range, we can assume that it's something to do with the AFR. At 70KPH, it could be a number of issues, carb cleaning, main jet clogged, slide sticking etc etc.
You will need to devote some time reading this entire thread from page 500 onwards at least. Note down your conclusions and see if the solution is there.
Mostly, you'll find answers, if not, people will help you trace what's wrong, or at least point you in the right direction.

(BTW, a simple way to check for an air leak there is to start the engine, set the idle to about 2000 RPM and place your thumb tightly against the AFR screw. If you can feel 'air sucking', it means there is a leak. If not, the issue is something else).

Apply some grease on the AFR screw. If its leaking the grease would be sucked in and the leak will be sealed, if any.

Footpeg vibrations usually come from unevenly worn out tires. Had some odd vibes when I upsized my tires, but after running them in, never faced that issue again. The vibes are prominent only while slowing down.

Thanks guys for your suggestion to go for zma.

But the fact is I reside from Nepal and vehicles are very expensive here in comparison to yours.karizma r costs 156350 indian ruprees. So I am thinking of going for used one and do total engine and gearbox rebuilt. This way I can save some money for sagety gears.
Cost of engine rebuilt must not be that different because tax for bike parts are not that high as compared to the bike.
I have got 1st generation karizma for 34375 Indian rupees. Here is the pic:
