Now radiator fan is not kick even I was going 70kms continuously running..fan is working I was check with battery by today . and how to check thermostat is working or not... If thermostat is failure any warning (check engine) given..
If a liquid cooled vehicle is running at a constant speed (no stop/start) the electric fan will not kick in since the air being rammed in through the radiator vent does the job of cooling. It is only in b2b traffic/engine running but vehicle stationery is when the fan kicks in in the absence of air cooling the radiator naturally

Suggest you leave your bike running for 5 - 7 minutes in your parking. If the fan kicks in then the sensor is working

unplug thermo stat wire in the right side of bike.
then start your bike . it will turn the fan on.

            Guys,

Any suggestion on better headlamp options on the R15? I guess the stock fitment is Lumax and would options from Philips xtreme vision, Osram etc improve matters?

Pls note that I want to stick to stock specs (35+35 W) only and not looking to install HID+ Projectors etc.

            TIA

Thanks, but given that its 55/60 over the stock setup of 35W, does it not drain the battery?

Another option - Osram Silverstar. Available in H1, H4 and H7 forms. Cost <500 for a pair when compared to 1500 for a pair of xtreme visions/osram night breakers.
Best thing for you is that Osram Silverstars are 35w bulbs.

Expect up to 25-30% improvement. Speaking realistically.

It does on high beam even on upgraded 5 amp exide battery

Thanks. Do you know if the R15 needs H1 (single filament single holder) H4 (double filament three holder) or H7 (single filament double holder) type bulb?

Am guessing it will need one H1 (high beam) and one H7 (for the low beam)

                            TIA

I think it is h4 both sides IIRC

H4 (double filament and 3 holder) is used both side
