Are the coolant and engine oil level's ok ?
When was the last time you had the coolant drained and refilled with fresh coolant ?
How is the radiator looking ? Too much muck around it ? Have cleaned with a mild jet of water and a tooth brush with some soapy water.
These are some of the things that i can think of which may be causing your heating issues.
It could be an issue in the coolant circuit such as a water pump failure or blocked passages somewhere, or a thermostat/ sensor failure (which i assume must show up on their diagnostic tool)
Some thing worse could be engine oil not circulating as designed due to oil passages blocked.

I'd first suggest you get the engine oil and coolant flushed out (use one of those engine and radiator flush additives)
Then Have the oil and coolant drained and refilled in front of you. Replace oil filter.
Check the water pump, thermostat, radiator cap and any sensors involved in the coolant circuit.

After getting these done, ride around normally and see if you are still facing the issue.

Bad idea Bro. Tyre profiles are different for front and rear. You will lose out on stability

I was using Fz's front tyre on my R15 V1 I had a very bad puncture which made to change my rear tyre. Please see the attached pics for tyre details

I'm very happy with the tyre change, no issues so far. Covered ~6000 kms after tyre change. I remember buying the tyre for 2100/- in Bangalore. Hope these details helps
