      • R15 V1 sluggish, no power in low rpm (1k- 3k) after Daytona Camshaft

        Respected members,
Please help me.I do not know whether Daytona Camshaft does this or not. I am riding my r15 v1 for 4 years and everything is good. However, from the time I installed Daytona camshaft I am facing this problem of very low power like no acceleration in low rpm( 1k to 3k). But bike performs very well after 4k rpm. There is enormous power after 4k rpm.

Before I had my stock camshaft with Daytona ECU.I had no problem at all, everything was fine. Then later I removed the stock exhaust and fitted pipe exhaust.Still everything was fine and smooth.Bike was running very well.

But from the moment I installed Daytona Camshaft , I am facing this problem, like no petrol in low rpm , bike dies to accelerate. Please help me I still remember that mechanic altered the tappet position during the installation of new camshaft. I took it to the showroom and fixed the tappet, installed new spark plug but still the same. Showroom people said that camshaft does not brings this kind of problem in bike.

Though now I have a habit of riding my bike like this but everyday ride is a painful ride due to this. Should I put back my stock camshaft?? Also , sometimes rpm needle fluctuates from 0 to 1 and engine goes off.

The best tyres are the stock ones.

Hello everyone, facing a peculiar speedometer problem that persists even after changing the speedo sensor twice.. Now SVC says it could be a ECU or wiring problem...I dont trust the SVC, cause they might blame it on the ECU. Any suggestions on what could the problem be?
                    TIA

Is ECU anyway linnkked to speedo sensor? I suspect not.
