I have clicking sound when I operate kill switch and clutch lever.
It comes from one of those 3 relays, the blue boxes just beside the locking mechanism of seat.
Though not sure about beeping thing
Even my pulsar 220 fi had frequent loose tappet issues the engine( apart from other frequenting problems).it sounded like it would fall apart but still there was never a detrimental decrease in power or mileage
The only time when I felt my R15 losing power was at around 50k kms both due to a clogged injector n fuel pump

Yeah mate I had that one too on my 2008 and only run 27k km r15, I cleaned only the injectors.
The trouble is that all six allen screws of pump beneath tank are jammed. When I tried harder, it twisted the allen key under torsion (instead of hexagonal now it is a whole spiral structure). So I am stuck with 'might be' a bit clogged pump.
Have you had any such problems?
I tried putting kerosene, but it doesn't seem to penetrate that.

If u use those L shape Allen keys then its bound to slip the hex bolts (no 3) are small n if u twist it using regular L shape Allen key it will be of no use try to get the T handled Allen key or make one it will open easily

Thats the catch mate. It isn't slipping, it isn't twisting the bolts at all as if bolts are welded to the tank. When I applied more torque, I feared it would stripped the screw but instead it twisted out my allen key (You probably are imagining right, it twisted under torsion of my torque application) but these bolts didn't budge.
All 6 bolt heads are fine, no stripping.
I tried kerosene once, thinking it might penetrate and loosen what is jamming but it failed.
I gotta try this with better quality allen keys I guess so that they aren't twisted under torque.

There is no catch bro either it won't twist or it will slip please try to get the t handled Allen key and every thing will be cool

Today I adjust the tappets gap without using any guage. Adjust these with shaving blade. As shaving blade are having thickness of 0.1 mm(as measure it with screw guage). Exuast valve are set ~0.15 with some looseness of thickness of blade. Intake valves are set ~0.1 with tightly of thickness of blade.

Afa my last post in this thread a rubber joint pipe in between air cleaner and throttle body was cracked. So throttle body having lot of dust and vert dirty inside. So open and clean the injector & throttle body wash it with patrol.

Now after whole the above service process , took a short ride .
              Bike showing some hesitation@5k rpm.

Some clicking sound when I accelerate the bike and leave the throttle at neutral. Only in cold engine. No sound at hot.
When I close the hole of silencer with some cloth and accelerate there is no sound except clutch bell's minor sound of thud thud @ idle.

Sometimes bike don't start in first click of starter. needs 2nd click. Sjould I check electric starter or tappet gap may be the reason behind it.

Bike took 5 minutes to get operating temperature. As rpm settle down from 1.8k to 1.3k in minimum 5 minutes at cold morning nowadays of December. Is it normal time to be hot. In the day time after getting rest to bike about 2 -4 hours it took some 2 -3 minutes to rpm settle down. This situation was from first day when I purchased baby R15 .about 10 days.

Clean the chain throughly and lube it with TVS chain spray. 3-4 chain link are still jammed badly. What to do...

Some clicks are good, it clicks means there is clearance. No clearance would burn off the valves. Mine ticks, exhaust ones. Put a screwdiver to the cylinder head cover and listen using it as a sthethoscope, you will hear which ones tick.

If it has trouble with cold starts, than the problem lies in tight inlet. I had to do valve clearance 3 times, because I fiddled a lot with 0.15 exhaust thing, but inlet was dot on 0.1mm, tightest fit on feeler guage, bring it in range 0.1-0.12 if you can. We had discussed this in tappets DIY, 0.1-0.12mm intake and 0.15-0.17mm exhaust is good. Dont worry about ticking, just aim to get it withing these settings, it is what IMO is ideal. (PS 0.2mm exhaust ticks hard for me).

This happens to me too. Rpm are high at 2k for about 5 min and then 1.5k dot on. Please note that at 1.5k it doesn't flicker much, only plus-minus 50 rpm would be it.

I have heard people 'unjamming' the links by dipping it in kerosene over night and then use two pliers to move the jammed links. For chain removal, you will have to remove the swingarm portion, it is a long job. Personally I have never tried this thing yet.
                Replies in bold.

Bought a fs engine oil of ZIC

                    Going to try it.
As these days are cold so try 10w40 engine oil.

When I break hardeven at 40kmph, front fork make some noise of tak as there is no fork oil in front fork.long movement of fork also indicate very soft suspensions. so will try to refill the fork at home.

Get the speedo cable/sensor replaced from service center.

'CHARGER' of your bike is fine, Its your battery that's dead. Replace the battery, it solves the problem.

you can easily confirm this with any mutimeter (VOM ) . with meter set to 20 volts DC range and test probes on the battery terminals and engine running , it should show 13v to 14.5v when revved . if lower check the RR unit and wiring for faults .

                                Hi friends,

Can someone please identify which those chewed up wires are and its implications? The bike starts perfectly, and no warning cluster lights light up. So im thinking its not serious, if god continues to be benevolent.

Ever since last jan, i have been unfaithful to my darling r15. In fact i neglected her. I wanted to tell her i love her, in the intermittent rides we had. But that wasn't enough, i was seduced by a red foxwagen polo. Im sorry. i want her back! Because im a dog and i like sticking my head out with my tongue lolling about. 😝

So yesterday i got d clutch cable replaced, as it had snapped. Also changed engine oil and filter. Then when i ws goin to clean air filter i noticed these wires. Please help.
