          Engine is stock, the only thing done on Engine is Tappet adjustment and that also at around 30k kms. I use Yamalube only and get it serviced in showroom only. Present Odo reads 107000kms.

            One of my parking bulbs came out and fell into the headlight, any idea how to remove it without dismantling the whole thing?

              I think you should remove the headlight main bulb and remove the parking bulb from the socket of headlight bulb

                Tried that, now the bulb is stuck under the reflector. Will get it removed when I get my service done. Thank you for your suggestion

                    Yeah finally Engineer came and visited the bike
                    he said heating is common
                    god knows anyway there is no warning light anymore
                    but after riding for 1500kms again a single warning light coming up at the time of starting bike
                    so am really tired so gaveup on this small one and roaming

                    Couple of days back went for a 1300km ride and bikes running well

                    will post the complete ride here

                    this would be my first ride in 2016 and after joining XBHP

                              My r15v1 is 2011 model
                              Now radiator fan is not kick even I was going 70kms continuously running..fan is working I was check with battery by today . and how to check thermostat is working or not... If thermostat is failure any warning (check engine) given..

                                Even my fan does not kick in sometimes .when i asked my mechanic he said that it kicks in when engine heats up at or above certain temperature. My fan only kicks in when my bike is stationery for 5-10 mins
