complain baby complain.. raise it to yamaha headquarters... and ask for a response on this lax behaviour and attitude of the dealer...

There's a diagram in the user manual that lists the major parts of the bike, you can use this as a checklist i guess.

Orion does have a very bad reputation and missing parts, AFAIK is not an issue with any other showrooms.

they have to do something about it !!

can some1 give me the yamaha email ids to which i can shoot a complaint mail. I'm in the office right and the manual is at home..

apprecate if u cud provide the ids...

At my second service, these are the things the mechanic did:
1) Changed my mobil.
2) Cleaned Air filter without the air pressure, manual blowing the air
3) Adjusted my Headlight beam that too on my complain.
4) lubed clutch wires...
5) Finally washed it and let it stand there. I had to clean and dry up on my own.

I had an terrible accident yesterday... while leaning at almost 40 degree while turning a left turn. My bike skidded and nearly got under one of the vehicle. Suffered minor bruised. My left part is all gone had to be replaced. Me suffer minor bruises, thanks to my brain, i let go off the bike while the bike was still skidding. The road was ok, no nothing may be i leaned too much... Just a terrible day you know. So am selling my bike coz I think the color which I choose is not working for me, will be going for the black one. But sad thing is that When i saw the battery, its no longer made from Tata Green its now made from some local company called Midas or something, the battery is blue in color. Also, the engine is not that one of Indonesia, its assembled in India. I would have to think twice now.. But am definitely selling my bike, giving lot of pain it my *** will think about other options... Great that I am OK and am among you all sharing my terrible experience....

in that case i will just go to service station to get my bike washed and use the service coupon that's it .. rest i will take care of my bike personally ...

can't afford to hand over my bike to dump mechanics and spoil a 1L machine

warranty related issues can be taken care of if any !!

guys have decided to buy the pocket rocket. i stay in pune.r15 owners can you suggest which is a good dealer in pune was thinking of monarch yamaha on tilak road.

got a terrific FE of ~55kmpl with the tacho flirting around 5000-5500 rpm in top gear(had to accompany someone)

arey anna ..!! awesome! But I won't get it unless I have to accompany a slower bike just like u did.. there's not one sane guy who wont rip the r15 if he can :d

service at 8800 kms.. one week before the bike completes a year.. changed oil filter thrice in this duration, air filter once, spark plug once, tappets adjusted thrice ( last adjustment being yesterday).

Switched to Motul 300V fully synthetic.. added this engine additive Nano energizer ( some korean product that did wonders for my bullet)... the bike is tight and fresh like new...

Will go easy on the engine for the next 100-200 kms atleast so that the tappets dont work themselves loose again quickly.. Then enjoy riding and cruising on the highway again..

The rear tyre is a cause of concern... losing air and has gotten about 3 punctures which have been fixed over the year.. but still is losing air..
