Others have also confirmed the stock size to be 110. Which is why, many people, on this forum also by the way, say that the Classic has a definite pull, which is lacking in the 200. The 200 is more refined, and the top end is better.

hi! i have come online after a looooOooOng time!!..really feels good to be back!
anyways the question this time is;
i hvae installed a p-200 engine setup on my 180ug3..now the doubt is about the carb!..i have upjetted to a 125 jet(zma) with the same carb, but the manifold i.e. the steel pipe that connects the carb and the engine is falling short.
so will it be neccessary to upjet or the 110 jet should do fine?? are there drastic changes in the carbs dimensions when compared to a 180 ug3 carb??
P.S. i have changed the valves inside to that of a 200...

handlebar wobble, and whining noise in front wheel/disc
Hi All,
I recently had a minor crash on my 4 month old P200. We were on a trip to Muthaty (Bheemeshwari fishing camp, near Bangalore). On the way uphill, I had a minor skid. all is well, except that there is a wobble in the handlebars at speeds ranging from 40 - 70. It starts somewhere near 40-45 KMPH and keeps increasing till 70-75 KMPH. Second problem is that when I break at relatively high speeds say 50-60 KMPH, I hear a whining noise (very faint) from the front wheel/disc (dunno which) and the time-interval of the screetch decreases as the speed goes down.
I have serviced it once after the crash, and asked the PBK (Bangalore Hoodi junction) to get this fixed. I was told that they have loosened the front forks a bit (apparently it was too tight and hence the wobble). The wobble and screetching noise persist still.
Please help
Thanks in advance,

See the positive side of this; no-one is having ANY problems with the P200, it seems!Originally posted by swapnil1485 View PostThis thread is dying man... like the 200....
Because, generally people post their experiences of a said bike when they begin to experience some sort of problem/ glitch!
Atleast, my P200 is running like a dream.:)

It's pointless in bringing out the 200 unless the current 220 get bumped up bigger, but that's not going to happen as i see it because they don't want in-house competition with the Kawa 250, but i don't see what's stopping you from the new 180 IMO it's great value for money and puts out nearly as much as a 200 or for that matter even the 220 would be a great deal, considering they are offering it at a mouth-watering 70KI'm too intelligent to the unintended, and too dumb for the obvious.

I'm thinking of getting the split handlebar of the 220 fitted onto my 200. Is it absolutely necessary to get the forks also changed? I know the handle is not a direct fit, because of a 1/2 inch difference in size, but if some welder can weld a ring onto the handlebar plate, it can fit right? Or will it be dangerous to do so?You either die a hero, or live long enough to see yourself become the villain.

I thought bajaj will release more performance bikes irrespective of their Kawasaki 250 Ninja distribution.Originally posted by EL LOCO DIABLO View PostIt's pointless in bringing out the 200 unless the current 220 get bumped up bigger, but that's not going to happen as i see it because they don't want in-house competition with the Kawa 250, but i don't see what's stopping you from the new 180 IMO it's great value for money and puts out nearly as much as a 200 or for that matter even the 220 would be a great deal, considering they are offering it at a mouth-watering 70K
Then,
P220 DTS-i costs around Rs82500 on the road in kerala. It ain't cheap.Pulsar 180 costs Rs72100/- OTR here.I think in Maharashtra ,Bajaj Pulsars are cheaper compared to south.while I bought my Apache RTR180 for 71800/- OTR though.
