Well that mag will cost you 2995 INR(in Mumbai) and 1600 INR for the stock tyres.. but I would recomend you to go for Zapper VYDE for the same price but better grip.

I guess, Peter's road, Annasalai should be of help... was on my way to GP road today, and could see this road was full of tyre dealers\retailers.

BTW, after rummaging through almost every corner of the city, got a hold of Motul 5100T at a place on VN Doss road Annasalai. The dealer also had 300V, but will try it the next time.

Went to the PBK Adyar today, and checked out the green demon (read Ninja). To my luck, he had one on the ramp while I was waiting in the service area. They even started the babe, and MAN! the twins sounded amazing

Guys can u tell me wat are the oil levels to be checked on first service??
my bike is 3 days old is ther any oil to be poured for the process of the oil cooled filter which is connected to the engine???

The engine oil from the crank case is circulated through the oil cooler via the pipes from the engine. Need not bother about any extra care for that thing.

Guys,
Bought the NGK spark plugs Iridium 9E for my 200 today :-)

My question is do we need any tuning and all while installing them ? Well
i be getting my bike serviced soon so thinking of getting them installed by
PBK guys only, but still... can i just replaced it on my own ? ? Thanks.

A chain sprocket kit, which contains both front and rear sprockets along with a chain, will cost you between 1000 to 1100 if you do NOT buy it from a PBK and get one from your neighborhood spare-parts guy.No idea about the clutch.

change the plugs yourself.

Turn the plug with hand as far as it moves and then turn exactly half turn with a spanner/what ever other tool to tighten it.

No other tuning is necessary.

PM me the next time you want Motul, there is a wholesale dealer U.V. Agencies at Ramapuram near my place, else there is also a Motul/Ngk dealer called Goodwill Agencies at Gopalapuram

Thanks man, but spares outside of PBK are a big pain and there is no guarantee that they'll not be spurious

Is it mandatory that it should be turn only half

? Whenever i check my plugs, while fitting them back i tighten them to almost 4 or 5 turns.

It is. And, the most you can probably turn is still less than one full turn.

If you are turning 4-5 turns then you are not following the turning with hand technique. When you turn with your hand to first to close the normal thread you know how much more exactly to turn. If you turn with say a spanner from the middle or so then you wouldn't easily know when the loose thread has finished and the tightening has started.

Just back from her last free service.... Thanks El Loco! for suggesting Motul. The bike has never been better. The engine feels better than when it was brand new. Shifting's a breeze... smooth as scotch...... wait, but she's not gonna rest...going back to bangalore so nother 360 km run tomorrow...
