P.S.: In stuntmania all the bikes were P180s, though IMO P200 is still better than 180 for stunting.
    Thanks alot!!
I think I should go for IRC..

O.T. - Anyday, anytime, P200 is best Stunter among all the Indian bikes!!
And I wonder how come in stuntmania they took 180 when 200 is breeze in handling, stunting, reving or anything else?

Lets face it, maybe because this whole "Stuntmania" thing was partly a marketing strategy, and now that the 200 is no longer in production, it wouldn't do BAL much good if they'd promote the 200 instead of the "all new 180"

      IMHO makes better business sense.

I agree, but think about it this way... the 200 is now an exclusive bike... you probably wont believe this, but even today, I get n number of questions from complete strangers over my bike, every time I stand at a traffic signal... .... IMAO, the P200 is the perfect balance in looks and power, better power than the 180's , and I was never a fan of that "fairing" on the 220

Simply Fnatic is the word defining our P200!

            • I know, you guys are getting senti over your bikes!

But, isn't P180 as good as P200? Except, of course a slight deficiency in power! It even has some extra goodies like clip-ons and IMO much better silver stickers!

              Hope, I don't get flamed!

There are no P200UG4 to compare with P180UG4..
                Bah! Seriously,
"silver sticker" is that all what you can recollect?

Nah, how about P220 forks, swing arms? Those are better than P200 parts AFAIK. Then again, new clutch. DC electricals. (P200 too has this I guess). And I guess I forgot some stuffs too..

I mean, P180 is a worthy successor to this bike!

yup its good but there's tat some tin missing from it !!! the engine just sounds muted on the 180 !! i prefer the roar of the 200 anyday !! the whole driving experience is different !! may look the same but both of them are very different beasts !! jus sayin wat i feel imho 180 is bang for the buckno doubt

and coming to silver stickers !! even 150 has them and from my knowledge the guy in popular bajaj in blore told they cost 1200 a pair !! thats pretty steep if u ask me !! i don wanna wake up one day and find some one has flicked them !! and shell out 1200 bucks for it !!
Four wheels is transportation. Two wheels is attitude.

                      • The engine "beat" on our beloved 200's is un"beatable" . Man! the satisfaction I get when I switch my baby on every morning... IMHO, the 200 has retained the "thump" which the original (read UG1) pulsar's had. in fact its the best sounding bike in India (thumpers not included).. AFAIK, none of the later Pulsars (DTSI and later) had this. its probably the all-steel/aluminium silencer which gives this beauty its, heavenly voice.

I would go for the mat finish silver-grey, embossed stickers, any day over the ones on the new-gen Pulsars.

One, question though, I somehow found the P200, looking bigger than the all-new 180's. may becoz of the silencer.

                        Regards.

"" Can somebody put their suggestions on adding a P200 oil cooler to P180ug4 is it possible??"
engine grunt is the best that i liked about both pulsar 200,220 and classic pulsars, fan of that..

well, to compare two bikes p180ug4 and p200, i donot see any idea behind that both the bikes have goodies , and both of them have badies too.

it depends on owner, a P200 owner will never say his bike lesser than a P180 on the other hand a P180ug4 owner(like me) will never want to compare myt bike with P200.

yesterday evening i was going for my coaching at 5:00 evening, which is 15kms away my home and i have to go through city traffic, so two guyz on P200 were trying to tease me by suddenly accelerating, braking... , i am too a human, so i got excited and starting racing with them, luckily they were also going the same place that i was so on whole route they kept we both kept on racing, though i never wanted to get ahead of him as it was city traffic and if he is ahead of me then automatically i will find way from traffic by following him ..

at last when my destination was 1km away i blasted my bike and both guys were "ek dusre ka mu dekh rahe the aur maine unhe Thumb down dikhaya" aur aage nikal gaya....
                              hahaha....

                              fastness is in rider
