Hi Veeral,
I am no expert, but have you checked the rivets on the "heat shield" on the end can? the sound may be due to the fact that they might've come loose... this was a common issue with the older 200's
hope your issue gets solved!

Your answer lies in "Osram Nightbreakers 55/60W - H4" but I have heard it takes a toll on the battery in the long run, considering there is no kick-start, we gotta be careful. To avoid this, replace your stator coil, with that of the Avenger 180 (NOT 200), apparently, its a direct fit on the P200. am not sure how much the bulb costs, but the stator coil will lighten your wallet by 600/- INR.Originally posted by Veeral View PostAll the proud owner of pul200....

rite bro... but as our old 200's bulb runs on dynamo...and in new 1 its directly connected to batt.. hence, there less chance of batt drain...according to me...if wrong pls correct me... thanks 4 reply...will go for it

You are correct. Battery is not affected by the h/l, but h/l may dim at idle.Originally posted by Veeral View Postrite bro... but as our old 200's bulb runs on dynamo...and in new 1 its directly connected to batt.. hence, there less chance of batt drain...according to me...if wrong pls correct me... thanks 4 reply...will go for it

Need your valuable inputs....
guys, i have been riding bikes for the past 10 years but still am a novice regarding the technicalities of a motorcycle. I own a P200 with some 12000km on it . I have not done any modifications on it. Would like to know what all could be done on it in order to make it more performance oriented. Also suggest me some sites or threads for learning more about the bikes rather than biking.......would deeply appreciate it.....born free to live free.....on a bike.......
