ah dude same here bro all these mod jobs burnt a very big hole in my pocket too man

, i am thinking of going for that bore job in march or april next year

, trying to save some moolah for it coz i think itll hit me @ 10k i guess

anyways nice photos of your bike and where did you get that bling-bling brake lever and clutch lever , looks good for a black bike

my photos coming up any comments , suggestions other than photography ( i know i suck)

Ur bike just looks the same as mine! Btw. good job there man! That cluch levers and brake levers were chrome plated and costed me Rs.160 for both

Yeah Mate I Mean 120/90-17 (like breadth/Height-rim) and the stock is 120/80-17 so do I need any mods? and shall i continue with the same tyre pressure i.e 31-32 psi or do I need to increase/decrease it?

dude can you get me the membrane coz am not able to find it anywhere in bangalore i asked everywhere no joy .

if you get it you will help me in a very big way
just courier it to me along with the levers and ill wire you the money

nice front tire btw which company ??? whats the size coz it looks a lil bit bigger in the snap and whats the cost?? how the grip and front end behavior??
2- nice stiker on the rear fender

3-the handle weights is also chrome

??? where did you get that and how much is da cost???
4- have you done anything for the lights ?? coz was planning to go to kodeikanal for the new year and these 35watts suck
any suggestion other than hid's
which is the best bulb??
was thinking of changing to avenger's coil but i dont know the side-effects

of it

The tires are IRC's man, the sizes are 100/90/17 and 130/70/17 respectively, the grip is phenomenal but feels a bit heavier but u'll get used to it, costed me somewhere around 4k for both.

3. The same place where i got my levers plated costed me Rs.80 for both.
4. I've philips 6000k Bi-xenons installed and they work charm, costed me some 7k roughly with installation.

hey thats giving out white light nice

. even i had hid but had to remove it coz my ecu(not fi ) conked out had to pay 1500 bucks for it and i had a load of problems too the trip meter used to reset by itself , relay problems and had a button to switch on the light otherwise the bike wont start because it is in AC not DC . last not but not the least cops , cops cops .

how are the irc's ?? hard or soft compound? how many k's do they last ??
resistance to punctures ??
btw whats the volt rating on your ballast ?? mine was 13.5 and my bike's electricals got screwed

. hows the battery behaving/recharging coz mine was a pain in the ass ,battery's life got shortened and also heard an earful from my mechanic

guys heard abt this new shell synth oil
shell helix racing 10w-60
my friend claims its working wonders for his old xx-black bird
i was thinking of using it on my bike for next oil change
has any body used it before ?? if yes please give reviews

i have IRC 130/70/17 at rear and all i got to say is they are amazing!! its soft compound so i dont expect it to last long.

The IRC's are soft compound tyres and don't expect it to last more than some 15k kms, plus if ur a burn-out freak, then u have to shell out a pair every month. The battery is pretty cool in my issue as my set-up is totally different and will let u know with pics soon! Btw. my ballast voltage rating is 9-16v if i'm right!

Don't know about Shell oils, but mine is running on Motul 300v and trust me it's the best that ur bike can get from u!

Infact, it has started showing proper speeds now, as my bike was showing 54 kmph an optimistic FZ which belongs to our fellow X-BHPIAN Aravinth was showing 57

+100 for his second phrase!

Hey Motul 300v is fully synthetic, rite??? have heard tht it leaks...

Ys, it's a fully synth Double esther technology that makes the head leak and i'm one of the lucky guys who had no sign of leaks and btw. for safety sake i've replaced all the gaskets and my bike has clocked 24k kms.
