    • Guys what is the peak torque rpm on the bike? From google all I can get is that it is 17.17 NM (is that correct?) but @ what rpm?

BTW some link on google said a 200 makes around 13 rear wheel hp

Anyone done a dyno run or know the actual rwhp?

          Yup it helps, thanks!

But think about this: the peak torque is at 6000 rpm. In traffic it is very rare to get to that rpm, not to mention the vibes felt.

I am getting myself a torque monster next time...

I guess then you can look for Enfields, since I think they must be having a large torque at low rpms.

On the other hand, have you seen the top speeds with respect to true speeds. Looks like we have got a very accurate speedometer. While I guess the error is more in case of 220. They are indicating anywhere between 140- 150 top speeds. (No offence to anyone, but just my thoughts)

            • ^ The older speedo that came with a black background is more accurate, the new white background speedos on the 200/180 UG IV as well as the 220F's speedo have more error. This is what I observed when running side-by-side.

Bullets are not really my cup of tea but lets see about these new launches...

Yuppiee.. got the black one on mine Indicated top speed was up to 125-127 on slopes, on straight it is around 123.

Anyways, I also feel the same about Bullets; Quite happy with my 200 at present.

                            • Just came back from Singapore.

Bajaj sells P200s there, shod with the same IRC tires that the 220 gets here.
Ppl are mighty pissed with those tyres over there....

Unfortunately I did not find any performance parts there. Though saddle and tankbags were available for Pulsars (according to a P200 owner), I could not locate a shop for them

All the same, kind of happy to see Pulsar 180s/200s roaming around over there...
