    it cost 3,500 Philippine Peso here.

    for you to change your carb you need, a throttle cable that can fit koso (i used honda tmx155 throttle cable),,, buy a rubber hose with a diameter of almost 50mm to fit the mouth of the carb to the airbox (the easiest way is to buy K/N Filters if you don't want to retain your airbox,,, intake rubber fits no need to replace,,,

    finally rejet your carb,,,

      i have a video on my facebook,,, if you had facebook then you could add me and view it there,,,

      result of the mods, quick engine response, acceleration improved a lot, topspeed improved (134kph with pillion) but not yet tried WOT, nice idling, overall i can say is I love it,,,

        Totally in agreement with you here pal!! Four friends (including me) made the same trip around a month back. I filled up the bike with extra premium (costed me somewhere around 800 bucks)

        Average speeds was 85-90 and I was running on the same refueling for more than a week after that trip!! Didn't bother about calculating the mileage.. as I knew I had the good number in my hand.

                    The it's just a valve and it can be removed, the same rim is used for tubeless as well as tubed tires

                      my black beauty ,,, this time another new Mod wait for pics :P

                      guys this is my 200 modded it like R15 with K&n with Angel Eyes and Hid and Tyres are IRC ,, theses are 3 months old , now again gave for few more mods pics will upload soon' and the bike is of 2007 Dec. No accident till now.. Topped 130kmhr after modifications with K&n.Bike is with Stock paint no repaint just polish and total kms done is 35000.

                        so which one to use either HID KIT or avanger's kit.
                        and what will it cost.

                          The stock lights provided are of no use.......I'm yet to try some alterations about that.....if any one has got better idea please put forward.....the one provided above is pretty expensive...

                            Nice work......but do care to remove those R15 logo and all......and can U tell about the changes U made after fitting K&N.......like just re-tuning or jetting ??? or anything else....also its effect on mileage......and U hv a black speedometer I believe.....I have also heard it shows the figures accurately when compared to the white one......waiting for ur reply....thanks in advance

                                hi everyone
                                Just last week i brought a used Pulsar 200
                                it is march 2007 model and done 21k but very well maintained

                                So far i have driven 180 kms on it and max speed which i got was only 110 km/hr
                                What should be the tire pressure ?
                                i have put 1 bottle of Castrol 20w40 in it and after reading this thread i came to know that i should have put 20w50 or 15w50 and that also 1300 ml
                                What should i do now ? should i replace all the oil or put some extra ?
                                Any good service center in Gurgaon (Haryana) ?
