        hi all friends,
        i got old p200 stickers (white one, aryan sir's display picture which is red pulsar with white pulsar and bajaj and 200 logo ) just in rupees 550 here.

        it was built of sheets.
        i just stick it by fevi quick and now no body steal it.

        • HOw to increase cc and bhp of pulsar 200cc dtsi

          all masters and friends.......
          please share experiance here.

          my question is how to increase first engine cc and then bhp.
          as i have read many time many where to how to increase power but it for other bikes like fz16 fz15 p220 etc.

          here i want to increase the cc and bhp of my bike.
          so what we need actually. my questions-
          1. Can we replace our engine piston by bigger one like by ninjas or by pulsar 220 dtsi. if is that possible then also need to change head or not.
          2. what things causes in increment of bhp.
          3. what things causes in increment of cc.
          4. if we successful in it then whether it need to report engine and polish. what is porting of engine (actually i just read about it.)
          5.Either my idea will work or not---------

          "pulsar 220dtsi pistan+bore+k & n filter+ngk iridium+split fire or msd cables+pulsar 220 dtsi CDI+advance port engine(whatever)"

          speed want 150kmph and average =35-30kmpl



          so

          masters please suggest your precious review and idea or modifi it as per your idea..
          so we can drag p200 with upcoming cbr250 (seems impossible but need to give it try). i dont want to see p200 as old goodies.

                    Ha..ha..! My 200 had 220's forks with the original clip-on's, rear disc brake set-up as on 220, Michelin Sirac on the rear quite new, R15's front rubber, K&N RC1060 with classic jet & the flooding Philips HID 4300k imported from Germany..!

                    P.S. And my bike was painted in Noble Artic White...!

                    • Hi Guys,

                      My bike has been taking bit of rest since i got my new love my YZF R15. I never thought of giving her a second place so was taking good care of her. Few weeks back, washed all my steeds and my drive and polished them, spending my whole day. Parked them in my Apartment parking and got busy in my daily office routine.
                      Only after few days I got the chance to ride and I thought of getting my old sweety out and realised someone has smashed the rear-view mirror and has dented the tank .

                      You can well understand how it feels..An it feels so frustated that you don't evn know who did it.

                      I am thinking of getting th paint job re-done on the whole bike to get rid of minor scratches on the side plastic on the back.

                      What can be an estimate of getting the tank re-painted and dents removed from PBK. I am thinkin of preserving the stickers and stickin them back using glue. Also the grab rail has lost its paint, Any ideas in how much that can be repained.

                      An approximate amount can help me choose. PBK buys usually charge like anything. Will it be cheaper to get it done from some local vendor or bike mechanic. Any reliable pointer in Delhi will be great.

                            Hello all !
                            Till now I hv clocked 18500km on my 200 and now Im planning to go for an altogether different variety of engine oil.That is to say I dont want to use mineral oil supplied by bajaj.
                            I have known lot of people using Motul.
                            My first question is:
                            Is it necessary to use semi-synthetic oil before going for the fully synthetic version ?
                            Which one is preferable Motul or Shell or Castrol ? (Pls let me know which oil I have to use not just motul or castrol or shell)
                            Also I have noticed a lot of tapping sound.....all pillion riders tell me about the strange sound ! I have a K&N RC1060 setup along with jetting.
                            Also the bike doesnt perform to its peak.......recently got the carburetter cleaning done but still the sound as well the drop in initial pick-up exists
                            Please help me with this....thanks to all

                            • @akel -- its better to use engine flush first before going to fully synthetic...

                              i'm now using ZIC Fully Synthetic 10w-40 Oil. Tested on daily use and long rides.
