        I have been using the FFE from RC for the past 5months (approx 5-7k kms)
        Performance is good ...better than the stock. Bike revs freely and doesn’t strain even at 9k rpm. You need to keep an eye on the revs while shifting else you hit the rev limiter unexpectedly.


        You will need to refill the glasswool in the canister after every 5-6k kms which is a simple task. I have to get it refilled in my FFE now since it sounds too metallic now rather than bassy.


        Only issue is rusting problem with the FFE which has been discussed a lot of times on the other threads. Also the chrome quality is not at all good.

        Performance: 10/10
        Quality: 7/10

          Hey guys, I'm from Bombay and have a '08 Pulsar 200. Can anyone help me out with afermarket LED lights to replace the stock LED taillamps? (or any UG IV Pulsar for that matter) Thanks.

          AFAIK, don't think there are any available that can replace the twin lamps without any modification to the body/tail.

            Issues with my pulsar 200.

            Hello Friends,

            This is something intresting that I need help with. The issue that I am experincing is that whenever I rev my bike above 7K to 8K (in 4th/5th gear) RPM its starts giving hickup's (using K&N filter) . When I checked with a mechanic he said that there is a issue with the main jet of the bike. Now the problem here is there I am not able to find this jet at any authorized bajaj shops at pune, nagpur, nasik, solapur & mumbai as its not available with them and out of stock .

            So I would really like to know that is there some issue with the K&N filter or its the main jet that needs to be replaced.

            If its jet, then please help me finding one at pune.

              hey everyone!!
              i have been feeling lately that my rear brake isnt functioning as efficiently as it used to in stock condition.
              morover, i have ridden just 5k kms on it.
              the issu has surfaced ever snce i got my rear tyre puncture fixed at a roadside shop, who had to remove the wheel for it. Do you think that should have caused the problem??
              Today morning i was horrified to see that even wen i had the rear brakes pressed sufficient enough, the rear wheel could move on main stand.
              The knowledge of itself will diminish my confidence in the brakes.
              please help.

                  stickers stolen from my 2007 pulsar 200

                  And i had thought people were through with stealing our stickers ..
                  Some SOB has removed the pulsar sticker on oneside of the tank and the 2 of the 200 is gone , can any one tell me if the old stickers ( dont want new brown ones,)are still available anywhere in delhi or Mumbai.

                      Hello Pulsar 200 dtsi riders, has anyone changed their(bike) rear drum brake to disc?

                            Hope there are still 200 owners alive How many from bombay ?? Dead ones must surely have gone for 220.

                            Anyways, i have p200 07 model..
                            Got it joeld few months ago. Mods are working smoothly... loving the perfomance... the only thing my bike need is good pair of shoes. Nd also it seems front fork has rusted a little so will need to change it too.
                            Can anyone help me wid the cost of front forks ?

                              Helo Everyone,

                              My P200 is returning a FE of 35 consistently, with Shell normal fuel.
                              I usually shift to 5th gear once I touch 40.
                              Anything wrong with my riding style?
                              I guess I can easily get around 40, the way I ride it.
                              Road conditions are: 70% highway, 30% city.

                              Please suggest something so as to extract better FE.

                                Hey jhonny...

                                Are you regular on servicing ?
                                Sometimes normal tear and wear like clutch plates, sprocket, tappet settings can affect FE. So make sure you are servicing it in a proper intrval...

                                I have done 63k+ on odo. Running on joeld mods. I get somewhat 30-35...
