How did you fit on the 220 clip-ons while keeping the stock suspension? There must be a workaround right? Could you please tell me the cost and the place in Bangy you got that done?

                  • btw.. for the guys that have changed their coil to the 180 Avenger's could you'll please give me the part number?

Also, for the Osrams running on the avenger coil at full power... some have reported blackening/burning of the reflector due to the heat generated. How many have been affected?

I do know that the Osram's do generate more heat than the stock bulb

If i am right clutch plate shud be changed every 20k kms.

Correct me if i am wrong.

You should change the clutch plates when you see loss in pickup and/or if the engine is revving without the bike moving forward in equation.

The 20K change thing seems to be Bajaj's suggestion for Pulsar 150 and above. But I have seen a good number of Pulsars that needed a change by 15K KMs and also some Pulsars running good at 30K KMs without a change.

Bottom line: Depends on your usage. Watchout for the symptoms.

There is no specific time\KM for clutch plate change. It depend's on rider(& company's quality of clutch plates), How extensively\correctly he uses clutch. I have seen people owing P220 and changing clutch plates at 4500kms and also seen some of them riding with stock clutch plates even at 50,000kms.
