Hmmm first thing i need to do now, as of now i hav greased the welded parts.

It feels almost same as a unicorn as the suspension is doing a real great job!

Wow it's a great job. really worth for money. surely i'll go for this mod. My mech quote only 1000rs for fabrication. So it's really economy & necessary mod for Twister. by seeing this Honda will think more before they launch the new upgrade on twister,

I too seen a CBR 150R except the silencer & color scheme both 250 & 150 looks same. All the sports bikes are perform well after the 4K rpm.

Could you post the weld joint Pictures. To get known where the shocks where welded in the frame. That will be much useful for the guys who all are going for this mod like me.

Will have to strip down my bike to be able to take pics of the bike's frame,
that might take some time, coz i wont be stopping for long (this whole week),

The joint is about two inches away from the tank bolt, maybe that might help for time being.

                  This pic will help.

Not to forget the air filter change.

All the best with your mod.

Ya yesterday i asked about this to my mech. He too said have to change the air filter. But i'm little confused about this,

Is Changing the air filter will affect the engine life & mileage or not.
If not which air filter i go for
Bcz the stock filter is maintenance free & also giving me a good mileage.

                    • Are you sure that such a mod is safe? What about insurance? With such changes will you still be able to claim your insurance? And by the way which air filter is that? any increase in performance?
I would rather be riding my bike thinking of God, than sitting in the temple thinking of my bike.

Its probably a K&N RC 1060 or some other local brand (in case of local brands ..all models are same)

It will change the engine sound to a much more pleasurable one..inorder to get more performance jetting must be done..(check google)

I dont think mileage will go down..if you dont do jetting , its more likely to go up , but then again using an air filter like this (ffaf also called Power filter) without proper jetting causes Engine Failure.. .. check with google..

                        • its the K & N filter.....baazi had mentioned the filter model number sometimes back.but looking at the pic..it looks like the Air filter is now exposed to atmosphere which is not a good thing in Rainy season....meaning small water droplets during heavy rains can hit directly on Air filter when Tyre cuts through water. Twister has a problem of water splashing around front foot rest during rains...part of this water can directly hit the Air filter. If you see the stock filter...it is sealed inside a filter box and air suction pipe is placed under the seat to protect from water. in my opinion Air filter element should not be exposed directly to atmosphere this way. what is your opinion regarding this filter mod?

It is a K&N RC1060, u dont need jetting for a 110cc engine, coz u'll hardly have a significant performance increase.

If not which air filter i go for There are a few very reliable brands better than k&N
Bcz the stock filter is maintenance free & also giving me a good mileage. K&N gives longer life than the stock filter.

The air suction pipe connecting the filter to the carb also has to be changed, not an easy job to get an exact fit, might put your engine at risk if job not done with precision.

The filter is not a sound mod, its for increasing the air flow to the carb, which accompanied by proper tuning can make the bike perform better.

For the pleasurable engine sound i see college kids, cutting open the air filter covers in the Dio or Activa. (why waste 2grand for an air filter?)
