Dude do a check on your idle rpm. Sometimes its kept low to get more mileage, if so it might cause starting problems. The bike may also stall at signals and stop and go traffic also

I am facing the handle balance issue with my new dazzler from day 1. The handle bar when kept straight, feels smooth. But when I turn it and make it straight, it holds the bar with some force. I can clearly sense that something is blocking the handle to make it straight
Did any one face this issue earlier?
      Any ways to fix this?

      Please advice
Check if any cable going from front panel is getting block while turning. Service guys should be able to fix the problem in few minutes for you.

        • I am planning to buy Dazzler in few days but confused about which color to go for.

Earlier I was thinking for Deluxe model (White-Red) but after having feedback from friends about it needing more maintenance and other little problems, I thought to go for a non-Deluxe model.

          The color options are:
          1. Red
          2. Black
          3. Golden

My confusion lies between deciding whether to take Red color or Black color? Could you guys share your bike color and what made you choose that color?

I am anticipating to face this problem in future, and was wondering whether having a kicker installed (as mentioned in this thread earlier, somewhere in New Mumbai it can be done at 5000) could help get relieve in such problem?

The idle rpm should be 1.3/1.2k rpm when the engine is hot.
Have you tuned the carb recently?
Is the spark plug you are using of the co. recommended specs?
Try to post a clear pic of tip of spark plug if possible.

A black spark usually means a rich mixture, so I guess your idling is set to higher side (This is just my opinion). What is your total mileage on the bike? Low running and a black plug is not good. Do you do regular maintenance ( Oil changes, lubrications etc.)? If so I think you should approach a qualified person

Did you fill fuel just before this problem started? Because this seems like what happens when little bit of water gets into the petrol or if the fuel is adulterated.

If not the above, then seems like there is a problem with AFR. Is your air filter clogged? May be the AFR too rich?

And finally, this often happens if the choke is open. Always close the choke fully, let engine idle and then open the throttle. BTW i hope u r using the choke when starting a cold engine!

                  @Everyone

                  Regarding the idle RPM:

The manual says the idle RPM should be 1400 +- 100 and they say it for a reason. In winters it is best to keep idle RPM at 1400 (personal experience). Set idle RPM when engine is HOT. There is actually no mileage gain by setting low RPM, it just puts strain on engine when accelerating from a stop. If you want to save fuel, turn off the engine at red signals. Simple as that. Having 1200/1100 as idle RPM is bad for everything.

Its good to have idle at 1400,My bike hiccups and pickup also reduces drastically when idle is set to 1100

You will need a 17mm ring spanner or socket spanner to open the engine oil drain bolt.Take precautions while opening it,the bolt is made of die-cast aluminium.

I never adjust clearance without feeler gauge bro!
Used 0.08mm gauge at intake and 0.1mm gauge at exhaust side.
