      • Guys,
Today went to check the onroad price of Dazzler in Chennai, They told me that vehicle production has been temporarily stopped. So they are not taking any new bookings for the time being.
What might be the reason? Poor sales? or any other new version going to be launched?

Hey, I dont know why the svc guys said they have no stock. Cause I changed my rear brake pads 2 weeks back at haiku honda indiranagar. Just check at haiku honda kormangala, domlur or indiranagar they'll have it, else castrol bike point should definetly have it. Both front and back pads just vary in thickness and length, thats al.

                • Handlebar weight

I noticed this evening, that my clutch-side handlebar weight is missing

Not sure whether this dropped off or was stolen (probably dropped, why would they steal just one).

I did not fall or have any impact.

Any idea whether it is easy to find a replacement for these ?

Approximately how much to they cost?

                  • hello pals

                    my dazzler has clocked 7980,
                    > is it better to try SS first and then FS oil ?
                    >which brand is good ?

Also there is some weird sound from the chain area, not sure if its from rear disc could it be the result of disc pad damage?

pls thrown some light on this

Thanks guys, yes I managed to get some off my mechanic.

He said they are originally for the Hero Honda Ambition, but it is almost identical to the Dazzler's (if not exactly the same).

Had called up Honda earlier but they were out of stock (as usual).

He also told me that with these new bikes, the "handlebar weight" is merely a cosmetic part, with no practical purpose whatsoever (which I could guess since they're hollow plastic )

My Suggestion for this would be Xena
Which brand to consider? : Xena
Approx price: somewhere between 3000 rs to 6000 rs depending on the place u purchase and also the model
Impact on battery because of this alarm... : None as it has its own battery, it is Powered by a single CR2 long-life Lithium battery for a louder, richer alarm sound and a more reliable power plant in a broad range of weather conditions.

best part of this is that it is not a typical Motorcycle Security system but a Disk brake lock which are rarely seen in India. and hence giving it a advantage of camoflague it self as a disk brake caliper
