Sometimes, even when the air pressure is correct, if the edges of the pot hole are very sharp, at high speeds, the alloys will bend. In your case, you have filled nitrogen higher than what is recommended and it is not an issue. The issue is how much air pressure is there when you hit the pothole. That is why, I am asking you to check the air pressure very very frequently.Originally posted by nidclt View PostI've filled Nitrogen and they have filled 28 at front and 35 at back tyre as they said this should be for Nitrogen. The company recommended is air pressure is 25 and 33. Will this be a reason? Another thing is that there isn't any scratch mark or paint gone in that region.
As you said if I go for insurance claim I'll have to wait minimum of 1 month as SVC hasn't got any spares of Dazzler.
Claim insurance and use Stunner's alloy. I guess both the alloys are same. Contact your SVC and ask them if they will use Stunner's front alloy.HH Karizma (Current) || CBF Stunner PGM-FI || Honda CB Unicorn Dazzler

Thanks for the info. I checked their website. You are right both Dazzler and Stunner has same front tyre 80/100 17-M/C 46P. I'll go to SVC evening and ask for the clam.Originally posted by ravi@17bhp View PostSometimes, even when the air pressure is correct, if the edges of the pot hole are very sharp, at high speeds, the alloys will bend. What Oil
Hi Guys, just wanted to know what oil is everyone using in their Dazzler ??? I have completed 2 free services and have been using the service center oil itself but I am not feeling that the smoothness is lasting enough after the oil change... So just thought of asking everyone out here... I have completed 2800 kms so far ...

You have come to the right place. Dazzler will be the perfect fit for you. Decent looks, good mileage, less maintenance, and reasonable performance; Dazzler is nice blend of all the above. Only grouse, it exceeds your budget by around 2 to 3k.Originally posted by anilreddy View PostIm going to buy my first bike... Im newbie in bike riding...

Thank you so much for the pics Muthukumaran. The seat looks decent and I hope it is very comfortable after long hauls. I am thinking of putting a nice seat cover and I will definitely consider this.Originally posted by muthukumaran View Posthey ravi, i am Muthu friend of vgs.bharathi

Congratulations!!! And welcome to the club. Do post some nice pics.Originally posted by muthukumaran View PostI got a new bike HONDA Unicorn DAZZLER -black, and i have ride 500 Km i feel very comfort rather than Unicorn and very satisfied i want share my experience here.
Today, second service completed. I have been using only oil supplied by Honda. I do not think service center will allow you to use some other when you give it for service. You have to change it outside of service station. This way you would end up spending double on the engine oil. If you do not change engine oil at regular service, warranty will be void.Originally posted by psycho_omkar View PostHi Guys, just wanted to know what oil is everyone using in their Dazzler ??? Even if you are ready to change the twice, mixing of different brand oils frequently is not at all advisable. In this case, better stick to regular honda oil. Oil supplied by Honda is not that bad.Last edited by ravi@17bhp; 09-20-2010, 09:46 PM.HH Karizma (Current) || CBF Stunner PGM-FI || Honda CB Unicorn Dazzler

Anil, apart from FZ-16, Dazzler is the lightest bike of all the 150 cc bikes. Just 138 kgs, which will make maneuvering easy. The saddle hight of Dazzler is also less, and hence very good for short people. The Dazzler is very nimble in traffic and easy to maneuver with its short hight and light weight. Hope, this will clear your doubts.Originally posted by anilreddy View PostYeah I guess it satisfies all my requirements...

None whatsoever, the only minor ones I have are listed in my review:Originally posted by anilreddy View PostHey how is your experience with your Dazzler till now? Any problems(major problems) identified?
** Background ** Got this machine on the 15th of Sept, in exchange for my Hero Honda CD Deluxe, which was meant to be a stop gap bike till I found a j
I got the console vibrations fixed by the service center.
Apart from that, I've heard some clicking noise from my handlebar/bike before I start riding (then this disappears), I'll get it fixed at the next service, I don't think that this can be considered a major problem.
Barring those two, one of which has been fixed, absolutely no issues.Last edited by Pyrotechnics; 09-21-2010, 10:38 AM.
