      1. I'm surprised your handlebar weights are intact even after the falls (or did you change them)

      2. I can't see any damage to your bike @ all from the off-road pics you recently uploaded. Which panels are you waiting for ? Can you post pics ?

Congrats on the 5K stride !

Is this a problem for all Honda spares or just the Dazzler ? I'm sure Vanilla Unicorn spares would be available in abundance ..

I have changed the handlebar weights and they are of CBZ Extreme's (same), but the stock handle bar weights were very good, with a very minor scratch. When I was buying the Xtreme's handle bar, I bought them to suspecting if the stock bar weights fit in Xtreme's handle bar.

See the following pictures closely; luckily, they are not very major. When I first skidded and fell, the crash guard took all the impact, with scratches on cowls. The second time, when it fell (some jealousy idiot pushed my bike on to a wall when I parked it in front of my home), the cowls dislocated, but I was able to fit them back. The disc oil reservoir took the impact and it dislocated only. I was able to rotate it back to position. At the rear, the grab rail took the impact with paint loss of two inches, of course, not very much visible. I need to touch up the scratches on the silencer.

There is severe spare crunch at Honda, even for regular models.

LOL! I love off-roading. Soon, I am planning to change the rear tyre with an off-road tyre soon. Will have to see if Sirac is available in 110/17 or 100/17.

              Thanks mate

From the pics ravi has posted up from time to time, I've also begun to like Red... I dont know why Honda uses Golden in most their promos.. its a nice colour, but it dosen't really bring out the best in the dazzler imo.. i'd pick black over it anyday..

              • Issue rises again....

hey guys.....i'm facing the same old Wobbling issue i had when my bike was new and its back again just after the second servicing...don't know what the service man of Honda do...they are pretty good in messing thing which were going nice and fine......

Not only the wobbling issue there is some acceleration issue also added after the servicing....it feels as if my bike is being pulled back by some additional force...it just won't move forward as smoothly as it did before...moreover my F.E has dropped considerably from ~62 KMPl to measly ~48

They are spoiling the image of Honda known for its fine product with the bad bad servicing.....

a honest suggestion, take it to a local mech, maybe the one whom you know pretty well.
                  About the issues-
                  1-About the wobbling-
                  a-check tyre pressure
b-there might be a possibility of one of the forks having lesser oil
c-check whether the handle is free-to do that put ur bike on centre stand, check whether the handle is swinging to left and right freely

                  2-poor acceleration,and fe

seems to me like a poor carb tuning

                  cheers

hey thanx for your suggestion...i've checked the tyre pressure and its ok....don't know much about the fork oil and setting but i seriously need to get it checked by someone who knows about the bike, today it wobbled and it scared the hell out of me...i immediately stopped the bike and drove back home 10 kms at a speed less than 20....

i'll definitely get it checked by some specialist....lets see what happens after that....anyways thanx bro....

                    • Hey guys need a help... The people in the Honda showroom said they'll register the bike for me with the RTO and give it in 4-5 days... But my friend said the mechanics who take bikes for registration are insane riders... They ride like maniacs and show no regard that it is a new bike whatsoever... I'm freaking out as the bike is new and their riding might spoil it... Is there anything I should look into before receiving the bike...

Ah yes, I can make it out from those snaps, but I guess its not nearly as bad as I had imagined ! Goes to show that the Dazzler is not as flimsy as some make it out to be after all

                        • Engine Overheating !!!

                          Hi All,
Had a fall two days back on my dazzler.. My first fall on this bike
My dad was a pillion and I actually lost the balance and had a fall, luckily none of us were hurt... The bike is safe too with a few scratches on the leg guard and the clutch lever bent... Will have to get the lever changed..Luckily no impact on the fork or handlebar...
Had a quisk question - Is anybody facing engine overheating issue ?? I have completed two free services and currently done with 4400 kms on the bike.. Even If I ride the bike for 7-10 kms, the engine gets very hot and I can feel the heat near my feet and thighs... This happened in the past as well wherein I got the bike inspected by the Honda mech.. He said that the oil level was a little above than the mark and hence he reduced the oil to the recommended level, however I wasnt convinced that the problem was solved, but the heating level reduced a little..Now again, the engine has started heating up like crazy...
Any reasons why the bike is getting overheated ? Anybody facing this issue ?

Check your oil level again dude. Also check the carb settings. Lean mixture will lead to overheating.

                            • Psycho_omkar, in traffic the engine heats up a bit as is the case with all the engines. Sometimes, if the skin near the feet is bare, then heat is easily felt, and in these circumstances, there are high chances that you feel the engine is over heating suddenly. Please check if this is the case.

In traffic if ride for more than 5-6 km, I can easily feel the heat from the engine.

Also, check if the engine oil level, though I do not think any issues with that.

                              • @psycho_omkar : The reason of overheating can be lean mixture, lower quality of oil though i don't think thats the case here because its honda or low engine oil level.I think you should get your bike checked again at the SC
