Yup! You got it.Originally posted by Pyrotechnics View PostNew handlebar ?
Also, were you the one whose dazzler took a couple of falls ?
The handle bar is CBZ Xtreme's. It is a little lower than Dazzler's. The black handle bar of Hunk would be a great fit, but I could not find one near my place and I was very tired to go inside the city get one. Anyway, I am happy with it.

I see, how is the bike doing otherwise ? Did you have a hard time getting spares to fix it up after your fall ?Originally posted by ravi@17bhp View PostYup! You got it.

Edit: Sorry bro, I think it was someone else whose Dazzler kept taking hits left and right ? Cant remember which xbhp member it was.Last edited by Pyrotechnics; 10-20-2010, 11:41 PM.

Pune -> Mumbai -> Pune
Here are the snaps from my short (~350km) tour.
Will do the write-up soon...
Started off from Pune @ 2:30pm. Took about 4.5 hours to reach Mumbai (with plenty of stops en-route). Total distance to Mumbai (Dombivli) is around 150kms.
Stop for snacks @ Talegaon (~40 kms from Pune)
Quick break ahead of Malavli (~50km from Pune)
Me enjoying Chai and the view @ Khandala ghaut (~70km from Pune)
Another quick stop ahead of Panvel (~120kms from Pune)
At destination (photo taken the next morning). Distance covered ~150kms.
Return Journey: Dazzler having just conquered the Khandala Ghaut (with a pillion rider and luggage)
View from khandala (merging on to the expressway).
Taking routine break @ a field near Kamshet (just ahead of Malavli)
The reigning champion, back in the garage @ the end of two of the longest days in its life...
Distance covered: ~350kms.Last edited by Pyrotechnics; 10-20-2010, 11:44 PM.

@Pyro, Nice trip brother! What speeds you maintained? (though I am not expecting high speeds as you are riding with wife).
Buy Bungy cords to tie luggage. They are safe and easy to tie.

Yeah mate, the Bungy cords were sorely missed. Actually while on the way there, my wife was carrying the rugsack because I thought it would rest on the rear seat, but that didn't really work out. So the tying to saree guard option was a last minute improvised solution for the return journeyOriginally posted by ravi@17bhp View Post@Pyro, Nice trip brother! What speeds you maintained? My parents (mum mainly) and a few other people threw a tantrum about biking that far so I don't think I'll be doing another one soon, but even then they are handy even if its a day trip 50/60kms away (which is "allowed"..lol).
My average speed would've been around 60+, highest speed attained was a 100kmph (during the return trip).
Wife has no issues with speed usually, but on this particular highway, there are bad patches and some potholes which does not really inspire confidence as a biker

Hi Ravi, I tried so many times, no result. Its okay, thats not a big issue. Thanks for your advise.Originally posted by ravi@17bhp View PostI also got the sound from seat. I tried but it did not go away. Later, the noise it stopped automatically when I recently removed the seat and put it back
. I guess, adjusting the seat may give results.
Happy & Safe Biking

Check if all the items under the seat are in place, and if not adjust the; particularly the rubber pads.Originally posted by vgs.bharathi View PostHi Ravi, I tried so many times, no result. confused
HI Abdul. Im planning to buy a bike. I was confused between HH Hunk & GS 150R.Now Im confused between GS150R & Dazzler. Ive read reviews abt the Dazzler. Pls tell me about ur experience on the Suzuki.Originally posted by akfara View Posthi bro u have to log in first to post a picture and i think if u have high resolution picture which have more size in Mega byte then there will problem in posting.... there is guideline to post a pic...
congrates for Dazzler, even me recommended my friend brother to chose one.But i am happy with my GS150 R
How is its performance on highways?
What is the mileage that it gives u in city?
Is moving thru traffic easy?
Is it stable on the highways?
Also if the Dazzler is lighter than Suzuki, which one will be better(stable) at high speeds(80-100kmph) on the highways?Ride Safe so U can Live to Ride another Day!

Well that really blows, I'd better step down my driving a notch... I wonder how soon it will be before they bring them in.Originally posted by velociraptor13 View Post
@all dazzler owners-spares of all honda two wheelers are not available as such.So better take care. The shopkeepers who have stocks are selling the spares in black
.Dazzler spares are available nowhere.
Thanks !Originally posted by velociraptor13 View Post@pyro-good pics.

My bike fell twice. I needed handle bar and headlight cowls. Not a single spare for Dazzler available anywhere. I had to buy CBZ Xtreme's handlebar and fit it at last. Still waiting for the panels.
BTW, My baby crossed 5000 kms just now.
