I would also try and change the petrol bunk, see if any of your friends know a reputed petrol station around Chennai....Originally posted by vikramrameshbabu View PostThanks dude... BTW I'm using standard Indian oil unleaded petrol... I filled her up with 7 litres... But have driven only 167kms... But it came down to reserve... That cums to around 29.5kpl... I'm restless now...
But anywho, considering 29kmpl it does seem like the issue is more than just quality of petrol...

Great to know you are having fun. I'm myself quite impressed with the Dazzler's performance and reliability so far. Who says fast bikes cannot be fuel efficient ?Originally posted by chandanshelar View Postjust completed 2nd service.
bike is like butter smooth nw. flying in d air racing wid wind!!!!!
dazzler seems like a wine whn it gets older n older taste gr8
!!! perfect combo bike frm honda.

Can I suggest you write a review of your good experience on Mouthshut.com ? I think a couple of morons have given it negative ratings based on its "disappointing looks" without even owning the bike. As a result its only got a 90% recommendation. I think it deserves more

Although your stats are not correct.. Hehe....try changing your petrol Bunk or go with some other brand....My personal experience says BP's Speed is far better than Indian Oil...altough i am using Shell Super and it works wonder....with Indian Oil i got an avg of ~45 KMPL and then i switched to BP's Speed and got an avg of ~55 KMPL....after reading few reviews on Shell Oil i went for it...although it's on an expensive side but believe me its all worth it.....Peace of Mind and an avg of ~62 KMPL....even i didn't believe my eyes the first time......Originally posted by vikramrameshbabu View PostThanks dude... So don't worry you'll love your bike as time passes by....it gets better and better with time......

1.Check the sprocket rubber(4nos) for any damage. You may get it replaced that under warranty(If it covers).---It cost around rs 110Originally posted by dazzle View Postguys i have some issues with my bike.....just after second servicing my bike started to wobble...went to the service center to get it checked...they kept my bike for two days and said they will eradicate this issue forever...and not to my amazement i found this issue back again today.....don't know what to do guys...but i need to get it corrected.....
2.Check the alignment.
This may solve your Bike's wobbling issue.Try..This worked for my Unicorn

When my bike was i had some issues with the engine's smoothness..at that moment i was using Xtra premium and i was told by the service man to use better quality fuel than Xtra Premium then i switched over to BP's Speed and then to Sheel Super....i don't think switching fuel creates any issue....
You can do one thing when your bike goes on reserve then switch to some other fuel you want to..... ideal condition to switch.....

Its simple. Take the bike through water on road. The tires would make a mark of water on the road. If there is only a single line then the alignment is right but if it is not in a single line then there is some problem with the alignment.Originally posted by dazzle View PostI agree to your point but how can i check the alignment......?????NOT BEEN THERE NOT DONE THAT

What you guys think about the Reliance Petrol...I had heard from somewhere that with the type of engine that the vehicles have now these days,it is recommended to use this petrol.Originally posted by dazzle View PostWhen my bike was i had some issues with the engine's smoothness..at that moment i was using Xtra premium and i was told by the service man to use better quality fuel than Xtra Premium then i switched over to BP's Speed and then to Sheel Super....i don't think switching fuel creates any issue....

Sorry bro..don't know about the quality of petrol supplied by them....whichever the petrol bunk be one thing you should keep in mind the octane value of the petrol...for dazzler its around 91...Originally posted by steffin View PostWhat you guys think about the Reliance Petrol...I had heard from somewhere that with the type of engine that the vehicles have now these days,it is recommended to use this petrol.
if you use that fuel let us know about the performance and mileage......

Digital speedo is not new in india. Apache, pulsar, suz gs150r, fz16 all have digital speedo since years ago. Also, no LED tailamp and no parking lights in headlight. No engine kill switch, so each time you have to use ignition key to turn off engine. Dazzler is a much smaller baby unicorn, not suitable for guys 6 feet tall. In fact, people cannot easily say the difference between 110cc twister and 150cc dazzler. Another overpriced honda bike. No kicker could be problem in cold/rainy weather.Saree guard, which is extra accessory, has no quality and has no footrest, so ladies cannot sit sideways on dazzler. Definitely not a family bike. Full chain cover option should be given to customer. Only good thing in dazzler is reduced weight and rear disc brake.
But Plzzzzzzzz dont call it Sporty
