      If you guys will read a few pages back then you will find that a person had speculated the price to be near 2.5lacs. He sourced this news from a custom officer.

        How accurate can a custom officer's speculation be if the bike is being 'Made In India'.
        Advice is a form of nostalgia.
        Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

          No idea. Was just giving my opinion IF the CBR is priced at 2.5lacs. Although this news can be incorrect but just incase if it happens to be true then i would prefer a mojo.

              What matters is how much difference will be there in the efficiency/feedback as compared to the conventional setups on our motorcycles. Even the RTR 180 ABS version is round the corner. It will be interesting to see how the system works...Times are changing in Indian Motorcycle arena.
              guys check this page and the next page.
              its explains about the C-ABS in full detail.
              i think its the same unit as in the CBR1000RR !
              its not mechanical, its the standard ABS but honda modified it for bikes and called it combined ABS. and even in the overdrive video the rider said the ABS worked splendidly for shedding speed. coming from honda it should be a good system.

              • C-ABS is very interesting, hope it comes down the food chain and more manufactures start "inventing it"

                    It's not on a CBR250 but it is ABS. Tell me what you guys think of it?
                    I would rather be riding my bike thinking of God, than sitting in the temple thinking of my bike.

                      All of us have seen this video a zillion times.

                      But why are you interested in a CBR-250-R? It has a mere 5kmph top speed advantage over a P-220 and you got to pay double.

                      • Sorry dude I wont flame you anymore(Get over it we are not on the forum to argue)....I thought the video would be intresting on the forum because not everybody here are experts, and I'm sure not everybody must have seen this video. And by the way the CBR250 is worlds apart from the p220.

                                Well honda is too arrogant in india. If your logic was right than the stunner pgm-fi should have been priced at 65k. Coz the dazzler is priced at 75k & the glamour is priced at 64k (approx). Anyways what we speculate doesnt matter to honda. It has already decided its price tag & is not gonna change for our sake. Even am praying that it should be priced at 1.4lacs.

                                @all:-
                                dont you guys think the ABS can also promote rash driving?? because most of the stunters (rash drivers) dont drive that fast because they fear that they may not have enough braking power & bike can skid if they brake excessively. Now since they will have a much safer & precise braking (C-ABS) they might drive the bike to its limit & much more insanely in traffic. Just my thought nothing else.
