                • One big question...maybe a noob one!

The pic shows that the R15 has a registered number plate. What if its just a neatly modified cosmetics done by the owner of the bike??

                    1. new rear-end

                    2. R125esque mags

                    3. the helmet and jacket are the same as the guys who were spotted riding the
                    original R15... way back when.

                    4. the side fairing panels are new too. (no one does that good a job)

                    5. and why would anyone mod a bike that well and add on that god-awful rear tyre hugger?

                      Ashuu

As per my sources in yamaha the bike will makes it's way only by mid April there is an upgrade on the engine ard 180cc can be expected the cosmetic part is done the new reworked chasis is ready for production ...and is being tested extensively ....on the launch stratergy no actually can confirm anything since all decision r made by japs back @ headquarters ...but a engine upgrade is confirmed to reduce the drag of broader tyres na better low / mid torque...

                      The wait continues...

180CC should be enough to take the performance crown back from P220 but as we speak, in the single cylinder segment the new king is already coming and you have already booked one,.. /me is jealous

Thats true....Yamaha, Bajaj, Honda, KTM bringing on their 200+ cc bikes...competetion would get tougher for P220 and Ninja 250.

                              • But Joel, after the extensive research on the YZF-R15, said that R15 can accomodate upto 175cc only. Isn't it? Even the pic clearly shows that the bike's base engine is of YZF-R15 only!

Please correct me if I am wrong.
