Even though the bold bit is far from true... (since there are just 13 BS4 cities). But this doesn't matter since even in BS3 Norms, which are valid in rest of India, premium petrol should be 95 RON. Speed 97 however was discontinued back in April 2010 (If I am not wrong).
Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

    • ^^ oh, ok. Don't know much about the number of BS4 cities , but I think BS4 will be applied all over India, sooner than later, in't it

Isn't Bajaj planning to sell Duke 200 only through probiking show rooms?? If that's the case I wonder whether they can manage the 20k+ units mark per annum?? or is that number including exports to other markets like Malaysia & Brazil?

I vividly remember SPEED being available freely but not the Speed 97. Let me check around by tomorrow and confirm.

Now - anybody can add fuel to my speculations?

              • for those who planning to buy KTM 200 should re-think twice before u confirm....because quarter liter segment is gonna heat up with Suzuki, Hyousang,Yamaha & Bajaj in near future...

                          • And another one speculating the pricing of various bikes in the segment.

Hyosung is likely to price the GT250 competitively given that it shall face stiff competition from worthy rivals like the Kawasaki Bajaj Ninja 250R,

With that kind of target i see a pricing of 1.2-1.3 lakhs ex-showroom. And if the pricing is anything more then the target would seem too optimistic.
