Don't know much about dirtsack, but you can ind a review here a few pages back, but as far as quality and space is concerned, rynox is much better than cramster in all ways, cramsters are good, but they are pretty much outdated in all ways.

Could someone please suggest a good tool bag with enough space for necessary tools, spares and if possible even an air pump, previously I used to just carry this in a normal polythene and dump it with my luggage. Now I would like to have something more organised and easier to pack

ViaTerra Armoury is designed to carry and organize motorcycle repair tools and also has enough space to carry spares like cables/spark plugs etc.

But it can't carry a footpump.

Thanks a lot sir, actually this was the first product that I had a look at but like you said no space for foot pump, hence I was wondering if there is anything else that can accommodate one. If I dont find one then Armoury is my preferred choice

                  • Bought ViaTerra Claw for CBR 250R

                    Hi all,

Finally bought the ViaTerra Claw for my CBR250R. Bought it from Adventure 18 store in Delhi. Was confused between Rynox Nomad v2 and the Claw and tried both at the shop on the bike and finally decided to go for the Claw as it felt easier to fill, has larger space in case you want to carry stuff like Laptop etc., is easier to fit on bike and lastly, does not stick out much on the sides - a boon while riding through traffic. The quality so far looks good, although I will get a better idea after a long trip.

The Nomad v2 looked good as well in terms of quality and its advantage would have been the ability to fit tailbag along with it so I was quite confused. Although, I must admit, the Claw at the current price looks like a very good deal provided the quality holds up...

Also wanted to by Rynox Optimux M tankbag but it was out of stock. Heard from somewhere that a new version of Optimus M is about to be launched - anybody got any idea about that?

Payeng - yes, I know and that was also one reassuring factor behind buying Claw - knowing that one of the creators is an active member on this forum and hence open for suggestions and feedback

I shall try and give a more thorough review of it once I get to use it on my trip. By the way, one quick question, looking at the rain cover, it seems that it might not protect the bag from bottom (e.g. wheel spry or water thagt goes under the bag) - has there een any such concerns or feedback reported by users till now?

The synthetic fabric material is quite water resistant. The bags need waterproofing from the top as the Zips are the weak point in case of rains.

So far there has not been a known case of water entering from the bottom.
