What about the FZ's RR, bcz i've seen a FZ stator coil that too having 12poles like in my twister

Why do you want other RRs when UG4 RR costs just 450 whereas FZ's RR costs 1500 or more.(I don't know exact price)

dude... 3A at idling means you'll get more than 6A current >4000 revs... why do you want 6A at idling? :O

here in varanasi traffic jam is too much so mainly bike is in idle only... at 4k rpm iam getting more than 8 amps

Better replace your hid ballast or the entire kit.
It must consume anywhere between 3-4 amps only after start up.

EDIT: Are you using 55w hid ?

no its 35w but if i will only replace ballast will it work
and one more thing is there any diff in 55w hid bulb and in 35w hid bulb or only ballast difference is there..

change you ballast dude, 3.5A is what a 35W HID should consume after warmup

Cost is not prob man. Why i'm asking about FZ's RR na in Fazer it's running two 35w halo bulb at a time. So i think the output of the FZ RR is more than the UG4 RR

i have a apache rtr 160..well i fitted a hid projector headlamp.but the problem is my battery goes weak every 4-5 days and i have to get it charged.i checked with the exide people,they said the battery is fine..problem might be in the rectifier or magnet..what am i supposed to do??Convert it to dc or change the rectifier and magnet??
Coz this becomes a problem whenever i am riding during night time.Continuous use of the projector drains the battery within say 30 mins...

Only one bulb runs at a time either high or low.
In Fazer Sometimes if the beam selector is stuck in middle both glow same time.

open the stator cover which is located left hand side than get the rewinding after that connect the two wire from the coil to the ape rr grey wire...

No i've seen all the Fazer runnig both bulbs in a High beam.Even i've checked in my friend bike.

Is R15 RR is Single phase one.
