1st plonk in a 55/60w bulb & observe what happens, if your stock setup produces enough current (unlikely, but worth trying) then well & good else rewind with 19AWG wire & see if the results are better, if you find the RR to be getting excessive hot then swap it with APE RR.

Ya tried changing the bulb to a 60 watt one. but then it was much more dim and yellow in colour, so i think i need to make a change in its circuit, how will i rewind with 19 awg?? please give some details coz i dont know anything about 19awg or the APE RR.... thanks for reply

the 135 model of pulsar has tha same circuit as those in 150 180 and 200, and same battery, so the same question i had put up for replacement with a 55/60 watt halogen, lets see these genius buddies at xbhp would surely be having some solution... coz da same method will be applied to ur bike also.

Stock wiring/battery are designed to handle 35 watts bulbs. Any higher watts would require relay.
In laymen language, stock wires are too thin, so maximum power from battery does not reach the bulb, some get lost on the way. Relay solves this problem.
Better still, relay + higher amps battery + 55/60w.

After market relay for 4 wheelers are plug & play, I don't know about 2 wheelers.

You mean "hella" relay is not available, or relays in general are not available. Relays are available on most automobile accessories or spare parts shops. Try roots relay, they are pretty good. Or you can try some other brands.

almost ready to go dc system.

                            • the red circled area has 2 wires soldered to the body of the stator:
                              1. end of the light coil (enameled copper wire)
                              2. negative wire
first desolder both 1 & 2 from the stator & then solder 1 & 2 with each-other & insulate the joint. Leave all other connections intact.

NOTE: 4x.xx Volts would fry your battery, your DC conversion is NOT proper.
