One more query... whats the specs of the APE RR, i mean as in its original use and where can I find it?
Fix a time and start off to save ur hard pressed time. U can ask any of the PIAGGIO spare shops, Ask them APE RR (Charger unit as u may need to translate like this to some of the techies)stay away from other makes, original will cost u 1.1K, there r 2 types, anything will do for us. Only connector pin diff.

Man there r many brands, Pidilite is one of the Indian make, and lot of Chinese too.Ask for the silicon sealant, its used mainly for leak proofing of glass windows and other similar usages. Go for a small tube costing 40-45/ Same thing I've used to re fix my hl dome glass. Very easy to tear off when u needed.

Contact our XBHP guy Navnish N. He had all the information about this and he installed HIDs in many bikes..
Dude, R15 is a full DC bike which doesnt need any mods for HID, a direct snap on job.

        • wanted to test my HID . when i connect the terminals to battery its not lighting up . even reverse terminals nothing . i thought maybe wiring is problem so i cut the wires at encircled place and connected and the bulb lit up .

is the wiring the culprit ?
what is that small black thing ? controller or relay ?

didnt fully understand . connect red and black to battery . and other two to stock headlight wire that is 3 pin plug , but which 2 from 3 to choose . any other relay needed to save switches and all .

when i just connect the two connectors marked Hi/lo to battery + and - the bulb moves like it should .

its a bi xenon where bulb moves , 4300k .no warranty here .

              • I have a pulsar 135LS
                my headlight spread is uneven,
on left side its like high-beam and right side it like low-beam,
and when i switch to high beam only right side is lit and left points almost upwards.
Can anyone tell me how to adjust it?

Low beams are made like that, left side the beam is longer when compared on the right side!

Logical, In india opposite traffic is always on righthand side, so the beam on right is on lower side so that it wont distract the on coming vehical.

You cut up the wiring to the relay?! If you dont have the required knowledge its best for you (and your bike) to get it done somewhere else or learn all about it online or from someone. Don t blindly experiment with these stuffs.

However you adjust, one side will be slightly higher than the other side. You can only make the overall edge higher or lower. On how to do that, refer to the manual!

The high beam of Stunner FI is awesome. The spread is the best I have seen among the bikes.
