Exactly!!even i feel the vibrations more in the front sprocket,the rear is fine in my case.U can also notice that there is a jump in the chain when the bike is put on center stand and engaged in first gear!!I could also feel the vibartions in the gear rod when the clutch is engaged,maybe this is the reason i am experiencing hard gear shifts!!!???

Well buddy sorry to hear your story but what u r saying I think it is the same sought of story like me I am from Allahabad and here we have only one dealership of Gulati family. Well the thing is that these big shots just want to sell there product and nothing else they don't believe in after sales service well this is what the dealer of Allahabad says I normally don't speak to bagga link.
Well there problem is that bas mal bikna chaiye and that's it there should be a money rotation my dear they r happy to hear from there staff, when they ask him yes boy what's the sale of the day well they hardly I think no dealer today be it any company but I am sure BAJAJ will rank no... 1 today in troubling there customers, the mechanic here who did my bike that person never knew how to do the alignment of the bike can u believe this he took 5 days when I abused the main heads then the bike was given to some intelligent person a trained mechanic who fixed my bike and then was told by the main incharge that from today he will take care of my bike.
Well even I have taken a pledge that from no onwards no more BAJAJ for me buddy ah ah ha no ways man.
Well u guys won't believe what I saw when I went inside the service area there were 6 brand new bikes inside who's engine we opened when asked they said that there are some parts which are spoilt in the bikes I told them that these r brand new bike 1 km ridden they said yes sir these r showroom bikes and there engines have gone ones they r ready they will be sent back to the showroom for sale, I said very good that means a customer will never come to know that the bike which he is buying its engine has already been opened and repaired.
This is what BAJAJ is supplying now. So when ever u buy BAJAJ god have mercy on your soul.

Great drive.

Though i like the chain sound.It s hitting something.i guess the chain guard and sending the vibration all over the bike. High speeds are tolerable.

well i always go to an authorize service center if luck by chance there is any problem or anything done wrong on my bike i can kill the dealer for that.

Well after all we r the customers and they r the sellers. We have our rights yaar. We invested in there product it is there duty to fix the problem.

Ya Abhi. I am glad to be a part of this thread.Right now i ve put a hid + halo combination on my headlights with a 5 colour led in the pilot lamps (Dancing like the ones in the auto rickshaws).
So finish ur juggad and let us know how to get out of this vibration problem

dont know whether this brand is available here.will search it for sure. now my bike completed 10,000kms. since last service at 9500kms, bikes chain shows major vibrations, its very much noticeable especially in low speed. whenever used clutch vibration shoot up through my legs..kar...kar.. sound also coming out whenever taking a reverse.
i think my chain is gone,.
s.c says that it lasts only for 10 k.

Even i feel the same KAR KAR sound from my chain.Mine had done 15000kms till date,i feel the vibrations more when i engage my clutch.Guess we have the same problem here, huh.

Guys any inputs on how to overcome this problem without changing the chain??Is there any alignment that needs to be done?Because these SVC guys just tighten the chain and leave it without even inspecting it properly.Thanks in advance!!

yes..in my case to...same problem.we can feel the vibration in rear seat when the wheel is rotated putting center stand. sound comes from the front sprocket i think.
personally in my case also..like that chain sound.
but this is strange mann...not felt it earlier...


it was my first thought that the chain may be tight. but s.c mech checked it and adjusted once again. but problem not solved.

From now on, even I'm going in for authorized guys only.. So that next time, GOD forbid, if anything happens to my bike, I would know whose collars to ruffle..
