Don't sell your bike. Your bike hasn't suffered any permanent damage. There's tiny bit of 'going wrong' somewhere. If you resolve it, I think your bike can get back to perfect stock condition.

    Thanx for the helpful advice!!

I called their all india hotline number 1800-233-2453 and told them the whole story.. and it took me 8 full minutes to describe my AGONY!!

After that, she took the complaint, and affirmed me that my bike will be in the best condition once their technicians check it.

Bagga Link's workmen came, and took my bike, and assured me that they would have a thorough checkup of the bike and would let me know by phone by Friday..

    Thanx a lot...
I'll keep you all updated about this as soon as I know of any further development...

Yeah... but the actual relief would be when those guys would call me up ensuring my bike is all checked up thoroughly and is fit n fine!

Just because of Prime locations, is the reason why Bagga Link has the highest sales... and that too just for Karol Bagh..

What about the After Sales Service???

The day I got my bike, I had to come again the THIRD day as I was beginning to experience some problem with the HEADLIGHT of the bike.. It had to be TIGHTENED! Imagine... a newly opened bike's HEADLIGHT had to be tightened as it was wobbling when going through puddles..!
              huh!
That questions, whether they even do a checkup of the bike before even giving it to the customer?!?!?

Plus there was noise in the chain area, because of the bubble wrap stuck between the chain and the body...
They don't even pull out all the covers of the bike properly!!
              Thats how GOOD they are!!

Dude,I have had one of worst experiences with Bagga Link Karol Bagh..
Last September there was some breakage in the engine!!!!! when the bike was just 9 months old.. And I had to get the bike on a THELA to the karol bagh centre as they refused to pick up the bike even after knowing my agony with the bike.. the bike wasn't able to start up, how am I supposed to get the bike to their service station.. Their repeated answer to my requests of picking up the bike was "Get to the service station only then can we help you"... it was like a broken record.

Nothing to offend you buddy, but at that time, i wanted to say words to those guys there which definitely weren't a words of a wise man..

I mean, is that what their liability is limited to?
Sell off the bike, and whatever problem is with you and your bike, TO HELL WITH THAT!

The bike had its pistons BLOWN OFF to dust.... and that too just 9 freakin-months old!!

And now this problem.. it starts at its own will.. Have gone to Bagga Link Rithala workshop TWICE.. still no respite.. this was the 3rd time the same problem had resurfaced, so i called the Rithala Manager, and he was a little kind to send his guys to pick up my bike..

But, unfortunately, they haven't been able to diagnose the problem yet.. And the bike stands at their service centre for the 3rd consecutive DAY..

Uptill now, only this Rithala service station has been able to impress me a little, yet I have no faith in Bagga Link left..

And because of that only, has my faith in Pulsars lifted off!!

Sorry to say this, but thats the truth dear friend..

I think this would be the best customer feedback you can give to your uncle, if at all you take this in the best spirits, my friend..

s,c people attached some sponge thing between the whole head light fairing and black console. now head light is silent.little sound is coming out from tail piece also. will find it and fix it soon.

Most of the problem we face are introduced by SC. Bike is originally great.

Welcome!! The bike looks good except the white painted coil springs and chain guard.

                        Where is your bike now?

I dunno.. But i seriously doubt the qualification of those SC mechanics and advisors..
Those idiots don't know bit... My mechanical Engineering friend knows much better than those people. He told me all about rejetting the carb and producing mileage with power..
These guys insisted that with greater power, your mileage will decrease.. Ah! Tried and Tested.. I proved them wrong..

Now, the bike is at Rithala SC.. and they called me up today and told that the bike was in perfect condition now as there was an electrical component called "ignition relay" that had gone weird.. And that was the reason it was cutting the current intermittently..
They replaced that, and now the bike's fit and fine.. (thats what SC guys say.. in fact, the service head of that area is handling my case as I had submitted a formal complaint to BAJAJ AUTO INDIA, both verbally as well as written..)

I'm still not satisfied.. I will have to check out the bike by myself and get a 3rd party opinion before I can rest my anger..

Though I am thinking about selling it off..
I have my IELTS exam day after. And these things with the bike is just ruining my concentration, man!! :-/

which chain spray is good? some guys says that tvs chain spray is good.

Ignition relay? That's exactly between the two solutions me and abhi came up with. If this resolves the issue then it will make us happy too. Lets hope this really does happen.

Well buddy sorry to hear your story but what u r saying I think it is the same sought of story like me I am from Allahabad and here we have only one dealership of Gulati family. Well the thing is that these big shots just want to sell there product and nothing else they don't believe in after sales service well this is what the dealer of Allahabad says I normally don't speak to bagga link.
Well there problem is that bas mal bikna chaiye and that's it there should be a money rotation my dear they r happy to hear from there staff, when they ask him yes boy what's the sale of the day well they hardly I think no dealer today be it any company but I am sure BAJAJ will rank no... 1 today in troubling there customers, the mechanic here who did my bike that person never knew how to do the alignment of the bike can u believe this he took 5 days when I abused the main heads then the bike was given to some intelligent person a trained mechanic who fixed my bike and then was told by the main incharge that from today he will take care of my bike.
Well even I have taken a pledge that from no onwards no more BAJAJ for me buddy ah ah ha no ways man.
Well u guys won't believe what I saw when I went inside the service area there were 6 brand new bikes inside who's engine we opened when asked they said that there are some parts which are spoilt in the bikes I told them that these r brand new bike 1 km ridden they said yes sir these r showroom bikes and there engines have gone ones they r ready they will be sent back to the showroom for sale, I said very good that means a customer will never come to know that the bike which he is buying its engine has already been opened and repaired.
This is what BAJAJ is supplying now. So when ever u buy BAJAJ god have mercy on your soul.
