Went for a 120 kms to and fro ride today. The bike managed a mileage of 40 kmpl with speeds of 60-70 kmph. Very low mileage but the bike is running RICHER (alot richer giving a mileage of 30kmpl in city), so that's okay. Again the culprit noise @5K rpm from beneath the speedometer is irritating me. It has been from the day 1 till now @21,000kms and somehow I have learnt to live with it but not now, its too much...Comment

this s,c people are became worst by day by day...today went to s.c to show the vibration coming from rear break as it is touching tyre whenever applying break.this problem happened due to yesterdays chain tightening by them themselves..that was another problem, that my chain is making kar....kar.....sound as it is years old. then went to s.c, but they forced me to chain spray it to pay me 100 for it. but it was already neatly sprayed just before myself
. then they forced me to change the whole chain set saying that it has only 10k kms life.
. what will do guys by this type %&%&* s.cs...
after tightening chain the sound remained same and this new break problem came..
.now they are saying that here already there is a lot of job burden they cant do that...
what will do guys?...i am very much
by this..what to do...

Just a piece of suggestion from my side "Please type in a proper way", or if you are pretty new to English language then atleast try......... to....... not type......... like..... this....... and please try and use as less smileys as possible; It hurts to EYES yaar!! Nothing OFFENSIVE tobe taken.
Now coming to your problem, I did'nt understand the problem with your bike; I mean what is touching what? Brake touching tyre? how??

Well go back to some of my posts back and u will see that what the BAJAJ svc had done with my bike when I got my chain sproket changed well just the tyre alignment done and every thing will be all right. This time i wont change it need to know how long it will last.

suffered a problem that the bike refused to start yesterday...yeah this was occurred before at about 10000kms .Spark plug,battery have no problems at all.I think its carb problem.The self motor works perfectly but bike refused to start like no fuel.Yesterday my friend who worked in Bajaj service center removed and checked the carb.There were no so much wastes,will carb cleaning affect mileage?Do you have any problems with morning starts?If i set slow speed to 1000 before riding, after ride will it increase according to heat?(after a ride about 20km it will increase 1.5k)Is it common for all bike?

only one time happend to my bike also. bike refused to start.tried 6,7 times. after that it came to life with ease. i was surprised by this but, still dont know what happend that day.haii boys.......

idle rpm is setted to 9000rpm by myself, no starting problems so far.
its common for all bikes, increasing idle rpm after riding more kms.
it really suits your bikes color as wellthat blue bottle was my valvoline oil 20w50. what about this valvoline oil?

update about new 180
friends..my friend got new 220s. as per his informations, new 180s are coming in three differant patterns.one is with all black theme like this.
that 220 silencer and oil cooling wont be there. thats the only difference. clip on,grab rails, engine will be in all black. that meens all black.
next one with two tone color. like this..
again this is 220. no oil cooling and silencer like this..but bike will be same like this.
with new engine cover design and color, same colored disc caliper.black grab rails,black clipons.
new color pattern will be like this for diiiferent colors..
another one option is with rear disc..

wow great bro.Neat and clean,she looks hot too.Tomorrow am going to replace cone set also need to change tyre,wanna to buy michelin.Is it good?I heard too much about them thats why gonna buy.Today i went to Kottayam royal showroom,yeah the new 180 arrived (pic will post tomorrow)with graphics as like above 220.Gear box cover also changed,1 thing really shocked me "DTSI POWERED" logo placed on that cover. Got my Castrol Power1 10w50 Fully Synthetic can the MRP is 700 Rs a liter. Will fill it during the upcoming service.

. our 180s fork is bigger than almost all bikes so, we must expose it.it will also increase length of already longish 180. inspiration was yamaha R1.
