i am also a sane rider. never like to rip it hard.
You have cleaned it thoroughly which is good but I guess you need to generously apply the Chain lube. Your Chain set is very new & there is no sign of wear!! Just get the slackness checked with the SVC people & lube it mt friend, lube it.

OKS / Motul / 3M are all perfect for O ring chains. Much better than what you are using as the oil tends to spoil the sorroundings & wears off fast too.

MAN!!! Getting confused about which lube spray to use???!! You have other things to worry about, bro.

        1. Buy Motul / 3M if you have more money & a slightly better product. I guess Motul one is available at Yamaha SVC also.
2 If not, OKS works fine too!!

Just go & get anyone of it. I haven't used TVS so can't comment.

Cleaning process shouldn't take more than 10 mins. What do you do for 2 hours? I too use diesel and toothbrush.

After cleaning soak extra diesel up with piece of cloth and let it dry for 10 mins. I guess you're not letting it dry completely. Remember lubing the chain which is drenched in diesel is a bad idea.

                    • update: chain problem solved.

thanks to all for valuable suggestions and problem is now solved.
i think the problem happened due to the wrong method of cleaning and lubing.
before this problem, bike was running without any chain problem and sound. but it was very dirty. then, there started my cleaning..
used diesel for cleaning, after cleaning using diesel, used water for removing diesel from chain. then 20 minutes waiting, then, sprayed it using tvs chain spray and then, suddenly started bike and went to office because already it was too late..

i think during this cleaning process, the diesel was not wiped out completely from the chain. also lubricant thrown away from the chain because of the sudden use of bike.

then, yesterday again lubricated chain perfectly.
this time cleaning process started with diesel as before, but used my own hands and some piece of cloth for cleaning. then, hands became very dirty.but my only aim was chain cleaning..
after cleaning using diesel, used my bike wash for washing out all diesel from chain.the same time automatically stains gone from my hands.
the whole cleaning process was done in least time i can.

then, wiped chain using a clean cloth and then, after 2 hours chain sprayed using tvs spray.

the whole process was done in last night so bike was parked whole night and the lubricant reached all places where it should reach.

today morning i felt as it is just out from the show room..
it was real smooth that i cant explain in words.rear wheel is really free, earlier it was too tight.

but little karr karr sound was coming.
today morning again went to s.c and again told them about the rear break problem.then s.c guy started his work on my bike and to my surprise the rear breake problem and karr karrr sound is also solved.actually he understood the chain problem without saying about it. then, he adjusted chain slackness again and thus the problem is solved. after taking a small spin in my bike s.c guy told me to check it.then i realised that the rear break is now changed to really amazing extend. now its really locking like a rear disc.. i like that.
                      chain is very silent now.
i am very happy with my bike now and we both are rocking now..
according to me tvs chain spray is a good chain spray as per my experience.

so friends please clean, lubricate and adjust your bikes chain properly.

Told you so. You used to wach your chain with water after cleaning with Diesel ??!! Clean it thoroughly with Diesel & then just take old news paper to wipe off diesel. Then spray lube generously. I, once in 2 month, get the front sprocket cover opened & then clean the front sprocket too & take off all the muck.

                                Dude
                                1. Petrol will cause harm. Diesel / Kerosene won't.
                                2. Even I don't have it. I pay Rs10 to a local footpath mechanic & get it done in front of me & by me instructions. Ofcrs, Diesel is provided by me.
