+180. Ask me. I am cursed nowadays with no more than 35kmpl (sometimes even worse figures of just 29kmpl). Yippe!! I am running very RICH, unfortunately my ATM is out of money.Originally posted by king_f_r View PostYou cannot always expect a 45-50 mileage from all p180's. But its sure to give somethin more than 40 for sure! N 150 can give you somethin above 50. Normally 50-55! N i'm sorry if i'm wrong! :-)
my BAD fortune.Originally posted by lockhrt999 View PostMajority of people here are getting between 45 to 50 kpl. Getting millage per litre less than 45 is a bit rare.
Hey, leave that. Take it as follows 135LS to 220 the mileage figures ranges between 65 kmpl to as low as 25 kmpl.Originally posted by JustAnotherGuy View Postif p150 gives ~60 then what will p135 give ?? these figures look more than what bajaj will want to claim ?

abhi this is too much mann...retune it immedietely. i am wondering how you can manage this much low mileage from a 180 mill.Originally posted by abhichotu.abhi View Post+180. Ask me. i am getting 55+ even when doing 60s. according to my experience 50- 60km/h speed is the best speed for maximum mileage.when doing 80-90 my mileage drastically came down to 42.
now i am managing my bike at 50-60 km/h.
these are my riding styles...
1) my idle rpm is setted to 900rpm in cold condition, and every time warm up it to upto 1100rpm before my ride.warm up if bike is parked for more than 4 hours also brief warm up before each ride.this will allow oil to circulate upto the top of the engine, thus, decrease the friction and hence increase mileage.
2) lies in 45-50 kms for 3 kms and only after 3kms push it to 50-60.
3)dont ridden my bike by varrying speeds say, some time 40, then suddenly to 65 and again suddenly slow it to 35. this will drink very much petrol.
so if you can manage 60kms then you can simply touch that, but try to continue in that speed only.but you should varry speeds after every 3,4 kms say 60, 62, 58, 56, and so..this will help preventing piston glazing.
4)minimum braking and clutch usage.
do correct if anything is wrong..
excuse for the rippers
.

Right now I stay away from re-tuning as the pick-up is better than before and bike is eager to be ripped more and more and more...
It was just in the last trip that bike managed to return somewhere between 37-40kmpl.

todat went to s.c to fix my head light tak...tak sound problem. after noon went to pick my bike. but my bike was there as it was before. they are saying that this problem happens due to low fuel in tank
.that fuel guage thing inside the tank is making noise.my bike was in reserve. is that true?
today asked about the chain lock to the s.c shop keeper in some angry. he is saying that its not available for 200 and 180 and, they already agreed that they are not changing any link lock at 10k except changing whole set. then i got angry, and asked him about the line written in the mannual. he became silent and
i think.

Guys I have a Pulsar 180 UG4 January 2010 model with 8000kms done
2 weeks back i noticed 2 nails in my back tyre so i got it fixed the guy checked it throughly but still tyre pressure got low to 21 in a week time i checked it my self and saw another 2 small tiny holes
so i just want to know how to get them fixed they are so tiny that drilling them will make them large
so is there any other way to get them fixed??
