If the oil level in shocks is correct, then either your shock springs have gone bad or they have used lesser weight oil.
I saw mechanic putting 320 ml in right leg. They used the standard bajaj suspension oil. I wasn't there when the mechanic was working on left leg.

But if the springs have gone bad then how come this problem has occurred after filling the oil? At servicing the mechanic said springs were good.

Then, might be this oil they have used is of lesser weight. I don't know the what 'weight fork oil' is recommended by Bajaj. For springs next time ask him to measure the spring length of your bike and the new one.

Might be dust particles or misaligned pads. Remove, sand and refit the pads.

May be Sc has tuned your bike in last servicing and that's why it has started giving you less average. You can do it personally but the process involves a lot of 'trails and errors'. You'll have to keep tuning it many times a week to get a perfect combination.

It isn't performance against millage. Rotating that AFR screw clockwise will make mixture lean and rotating anticlockwise will make it rich. Too lean and too too rich will give neither performance nor millage. At the most perfect combination bike will give the best performance as well as the best millage.

You really don't know what does smoking light means? See below picture, the blackened lights (rear in the below picture) are known as smoked lights:

                    • I dont ride my bike as much as it should be ridden and as a result my battery is not getting charged properly ie; usage is more and charging is less.Already once my battery got drained and i had to get it charged but i am pretty sure that it is going to happen again if i dont do something about it.I cant change the way i ride.So what do i got to do to make the battery charge faster?.I have heard about coil-rewinding and things but do not know much about it.Pls do guide me about what can be done.

Talking about my riding.I ride like 30-40 kms a week and use the starter alot.Sometimes its like i dont ride the bike for 4 or 5 days then ride for 30 or 40 Kms in one go and then idle again for 4/5 days.Riding is mainly in city and do not usually go above 5K rpm.My bike is one and a half years old.

                        My issue are
                        1. my chain is making lots of noise like it'll break anytime! changed chain spoket set, still noise ter...i wash it with kerosene and lube it every week....
Is this common, didn't notice it in othr 180
                        2. handle is shivering , was not ter earlier, service guys tells it normal to 180-i don think so

Get yourself a 12V DC Transformer (I mean charger) made. Hook 2 another wires to battery terminals so that you can charge the battery without taking it out. And using this plug n play kit do an overnight charge just like you do your mobile before next day outing.

I could make something like this. I'm freaking good at electronics and electrical.

                          OR

Before starting your day with the bike let it idle at 4-5K RPM with choke pulled for at-least 2 mins. These days I take out the bike once in a week for same long bumper to bumper ride. But till date(after 2 years) I never needed to do a single discrete charging even water levels are constant. Couple of weeks ago I tested the voltage using multimeter. It showed 12.5V.

I'm embarrassed! My bike just turned 2 and I barely have completed 14k kms. Don't feel bad about service center job quality, we are in the same boat. @Bajaj: you doing something? or the boat will sunk someday.
Coming down to business, about that air-filter, it can dirty in thousand km. You yourself periodically should clean it. It's not a big deal. Just pull it out, soak and clean in kerosene then let it dry. After spaying tiny bit amount of gear oil put it back and you're good to go.
                            1. Check the chain slackness. It should be around 1 inch. Looking at your daily use, you should lube it every other day. If you want to do once in a week then use chain lube spray. About kerosene, we should realize one thing about kerosene is that it's an oil repellent. So after cleaning the chain with kerosene you should let it dry before applying lube. You can do it but reeving the bike in 5th gear on middle stand. It will spill off excess kerosene then let it dry for an hour. If you're using oil then check if it's W90 grade. Remember proper slackness is must to let the rear suspension act flawlessly.
                            2. Probably cone set or bearing have gone kaput. Check / replace it immediately to avoid further damage. Also find a tyre authorized showroom (like MRF, Apollo etc,.) and get the front wheel aligned.

                            • My new key ring of my bike

this is the new key ring made of full rubber which my dealer has made for all the PULSAR owners. How is it do post your comments.

I have replaced my headlights assembly free of charge by taking a warranty today now the lights are full brand new. My previous headlights were getting dust inside hence my service warranty guy replaced it on his own. They all know me since the dealer is a family friend.

                              • read this and use it. Really helpfull and good for the bike

I have been mixing an addictive with my normal petrol known as system g. Guys it really gives a good millage. Earlier my bike was only giving me 40 avenger since past 6 months. City riding but know I since I have been mixing this products it actually works she has gone up by 52 average in city. Amazing know.

I am happy with this kind of a performance. I always clean my bike chain with 3m 4 water spray and then was it after she is dried up then clean it with a clot wow the way she shines it just amazing. Then I lube it with motul lube. And let her settle down for 1 hrs before I take her out for a spin. This process Is done every 500 km. Of my riding.

The cost of system g is 300rs and can be used for 10 tank fills
