just my opinion.. your bike
like i said tuning the carb is not like setting the speed on your ceiling fan.. you need to at least look at the spark plugs (and/or take CO reading) and tune the carb following a procedure [aptly named 'idle drop method' by honda]
Agreed....

I took a look at Taahir's bike and it sounded good to me.... Taahir, did you check the mileage before you changed the AFR setting?

no because i use full tank method.

the mileage wasnt the problem, the bikes feel at stock afr waz perfect, he fiddled the afr and the smoothnes wasnt there. so i just brought it back to normal stock setting.

the fork tubes are probably bent, try to get it fixed or if you can claim insurance just replace them. while you are at it also get the cone-set and front wheel rim checked for any bends.

Well i've already got insaurance claim and some kind of bend was also removed from the shockers, but the problem is still there. I feel more strain on my right hand than my left.

well, if you claimed insurance you should have got the forks and coneset replaced. but anyway since you have already got the forks repaired for bend, you could ask the mech to also check the cone set and adjust the steering stem nut correctly. this definitely sounds like a cone set and steering adjustment issue to me.
i had a pain in my left arm and bike used to pull towards one side like you mentioned also there was a distinct 'Khat/Ting' sound at times (the scoot dio never had an accident, just our potholed roads) and after replacing the cone set and adjusting the steering stem nut correctly , the scoot was back to its stability and so far never faced an issue.

That's correct, you don't get it separately. You may want to search into scrapyard.

Sorry for such a balant post, I just want to be sure before I lug it to the ASC

Thanks
