    3) false gimmick to tighten the chain. It creates loud racket, don't even think about putting it on the bike.
    4) didn't understand you perfectly but the lever tension can be adjusted. There's a nut under the rubber cladding near the lever.
    5) Yes possible. for more info see my signature.

    • Dear lockhrt999,

Thanks for ur reply on the last 3. Can u help me with my first 2 questions. & about the fourth point: The levers which I am talking about are called racing levers or adjustable levers which have different settings. They have a fancy look & I have heard they work better than the normal levers. Please check the pics below for more info.

I believe those are hydraulic actuation levers for disk brakes. If you fit hydraulic system for clutch levers then you might be able to use them.
          I may be wrong.

Osram NB costs around 1000 and doesn't even produce twice as much illuminance than a normal 100Rs 55W halogen, so not at all worth. Also for being white it's more useless in rainy and foggy season. If you really want to spend that much amount of money then go for a 35W HID anyday. You'll get 4 times more light in just 1500Rs.

For time being you could adjust the reflector to set the light focus.

Use Front brakes, you will definitely skid if you used more of rear drum brakes (direct from experience. ). Use rear brakes only for keeping bike in Line, or when it is actually very hard braking, then also major is front and then rear.
Though I agree, drum brakes are quite ineffective, but only when you using more of them, or else bike has got enough braking power.

HID you can get at many places in pune. Check with Probiker at MG Road or at Poona Scooter opp to vishal e-square.

I am using Phillips 55/60 W bulb instead of 35/35 W. Costed me like 55 rupees last year in November. Then got light focused correctly. It's not enough for fast highway driving, but good for short distance.... Drawback is, battery drains faster. So i have put lesser watts LED pilot lamps to compesate for increase in wattage

I think your clutch lever has gone a little too loose or tight. Adjust it before clutch plate burns.

I think I'll get a few scratches removed along with polishing, waxing, paint protection and what not this or next week. I'll post a few before/after pictures later. I've been keen to doing this from a long time.
