Is it ok to put some
m-seal around the drain bolt and drive to lathe for solving leaking problem? I am worried about drain plug loosing on the way..

Nope i wouldn't advise that , m seal will harden and it may create problems on lathe , better is to use bolt , how loose is bolt ? One thing you can try is putting a layer of PTFE tape and tighten bolt , it would hold up for some time , ptfe tape is cheap and you can get it at hardware / plumbing shop

A little query... Is the engine casing of hunk and xtreme are the same? I know one thing crank case covers are differnent. Different places for filling oil. What about the remaining part..?

Yes you can use M-seal, no problem. One thing you can do is apply m-seal on the nut to make it stay. Then when you get to lathe, make the bike lie on the side and ask them to heat the m-seal, it will come off. Then you can ask them to oversize the thread with suitable oversize drain bolt. After doing the oversize bolt, drain the old oil as it will contain metal chips from the taped thread. Use new oil and also next time onwards tighten the bolt with care. Always tighten the bolt with hand and after it stops rotating further, use a ring spanner and tighten it with just one finger and just a single jerk on the wrench, thats it and nothing more.

PTFE is a good idea, but if his threads are stripped even that will not help. M-seal will not cause any problem as no matter how hard it is one contact with blow torch and it will fall off.

Yes the crank cases are same. Only the engine oil sump or we can call clutch cover is different and nothing else. The hunk clutch cover is designed like Unicorn(w.r.t to dip stick placement) but extreme dip stick placement is different. Nothing else different.

I have changed it at 2200-2500 km a couple of times and nothing wrong, except a little more noise from engine. It is a semi-synthetic oil and you can comfortable run for 1800-2000 km before thinking about changing.

Yes there is . It is the motul 300v factory line available in 5w30 , 10w40 and 15w50 . The catch is that it costs about 5x the oil you are using .

Thinking about an oversized self taping drain bolt like this.. Is this will be a permanent fix...??

What about welding the big bolt to the engine to avoid loosening it on oil draining?

Why do we need to go for other brands, Hunk/Manual says you need to change the oil only at 5k kms or so if you are using Hero genuine oil, with top ups at 2k if required
But we all know that Hero oil won't last more than 1.5 to 2k kms.

so far iam sticking with hero oil only after testing lot of brands. oil is good for more than 4000km, if you maintain oil level correctly. one more thing, instead of doing merely topup @ every 2000km, i used to take out some 200-300ml oil using small tube and then i will add the new oil to that.its working fine for me. one more problem of using other brand is it will corrode the gasket on the top of cylinder and cause oil leakage.

now iam of thinking of trying gulf pride once.drain interval 10000km

It is just a marketing gimmick. Results provided in websites and oil bottles are those results obtained under idle riding conditions and controlled environments.

Nope , hardly lasts 3k with sedate usage , high revving and city driving lowers it to 2500kms , either case its value for money oil, gear shifts were very very buttery
