Inflatw tyre to 70-80 psi and hold it for 10secs roughly and then deflate to 32psi . This will push tyre to sidewalls and it wont leak then. Also check for punctures beforehand . A minute puncture can also result in leakage. As monk said if bike us new tell them to rectify this

re: CBZ xtreme / Hunk
Labour was 2k I felt that was OK, but I guess he scammed me of the camshaft since I wasn't present when he was assembling the engine head, when I checked the camshaft it looked OK, but he insisted on changing it, maybe he put the old one back and kept the new, I may never know.Originally posted by sinnerz2000 View PostWow that's cheap, my engine job costed me 13k that too with a rebore. Parts alone costed me 11k which I bought myself from svc, whole clutch assembly was about 4k, fork oil seals were 350bucks each. Honda is way too expensive.

Re: Air leaking in tubeless tyres between alloy and tyre..!!
Observer for a few days, and if there is still leakage then take it to the svc and talk to them and request for a replacement under warranty. As usual they will try to not provide replacement under warranty so it depends on how you handle it. Also write to hero on their email, that might help you.Originally posted by jithosh View PostPlease friends I need your urgent attention...I just bought a new bike a Hero Hunk and its just finished its first service..I just noticed that air was leaking from my front wheel. I inspected the whole Tyre for any nail punctures and there was none. I went to a nearby mechanic and finally he found out the problem for me..!! The air was leaking between the alloy and the Tyre. He told me me that i should return the bike to the showroom because it was a new one and it was the alloy's problem. I called the Hero authorized service center guys and a lady at first gave me a weird reply.."We don't do Tyre repairing here sir". And then I told her to call some service guy and a guy told me on phone that "u just need to re seat the Tyre sir. I asked him If I remove the front wheel on myself will it affect the warranty policy and so on. He told me just to make sure that there are no scratches on the alloy and that this will not affect the warranty policy and so on. I got that wheel removed and deflated the Tyre at a nearby Tyre shop and I found that the inside surface of alloy where the Tyre and alloy meets there were few scratches and paint removed there and the shop guy told me that air was escaping through there. Finally we could just inflate the Tyre and keep it back. What should I do now if the air still leaks?? These incidents happened yesterday and I will update you if the air still escapes. If the air still escapes what should I do because its an alloy problem?? and the bike still on warranty?? Should I go to the showroom and argue with them for a new alloy?? Or should I repair it any any other place??? Please your opinion guys..its my first tubeless Tyre and I am already upset..Your advices please friends..as soon ad possible
You say there were scratches when you removed the tire, that normally shouldn't be there on a new bike.
Otherwise you have 2 options:
1. Claim insurance and get it replaced
2. have the alloy repaired, since it looks like a minor bend, it should be easily fixable by someone who fixes alloys. If you do not know a place that fixes alloys then ask the ASC mechanics (not supervisors or managers) or some local mechanic.

Re: Air leaking in tubeless tyres between alloy and tyre..!!
mee too have this issue for long time(more than 2 yrs) in my rear wheel. but i dint care much since the leakage is like dropping pressure from 35psi to 27 psi will take one week. the issue is due to the air leakage on the circumferential between trye and the alloys. one of the solution is to remove the wheel and inflate it and then on the circumference of the tyre where it meets the alloy, we have to hammer a bit with a hammer and a blunt wedge tool. just like sculpting. this solved my issue. but again it came when the puncture happened. it occurs when we ride at much under inflated/puncture condition.Originally posted by jithosh View PostPlease friends I need your urgent attention...I just bought a new bike a Hero Hunk and its just finished its first service..I just noticed that air was leaking from my front wheel. is it advisable to inflate to such high pressure. ?

re: CBZ xtreme / Hunk
Hello People, I have a problem with my bike(Cbz Xtreme). I recently got a new headlight installed from Hero Service centre as the old one had got smashed. They installed a Lumax Headlight. The problem is that there is water leaking into the headlight and yesterday my bulb blew up due to this. Does this happen in a genuine headlight? is it normal? It hasn't happened before in the several years of my riding. Thank you.

re: CBZ xtreme / Hunk
Ask them to change the headlight as the headlight is defective. No water doesn't leaks in genuine headlights. Complain and get it changed.Originally posted by virendrapareek View PostHello People, I have a problem with my bike(Cbz Xtreme). re: CBZ xtreme / Hunk
I thought so too. I am at the service centre now. Let's see what they say. You can see the headlight with the water inside it and the broken shards of the bulb.

re: CBZ xtreme / Hunk
Ya it is tight nothing to worry, as the protuding part is part of the half axle and nothing to worry. It is common check in any extreme, check and see even in hunk/karizma/zmr.Originally posted by ATHUL4R View Post
Is this ok. Is there anything more to tight ot it normal. yesterday changed chain spocket.
