thats cause i have so much gap that a finger can be fit in between them so i fixed it....a svc guy says now the glass will break cause there is no gap :/

Yea its refitted but what happened was the mechanic ho serviced my bike didnt refit and said " the gap should be there so that the uppers dome wont hit the glass...." when i asked another mechanic he refit it.... and said the other mechanic didnt bother to do it...i wouldnt do if the glass breaks in the first place :/ so who is true?Comment

, why? coz the upper dome is more or less flexible, its not stiff as the visor or any other body part 
.
just dont b panic dear,no one gonna sit on the rearmost part of ur bike
..
if u r still afraid loosen those bolt a bit,that might reduce ur heck!!

Completed 5000km in 60 days .Did not go for 2nd free service . changed oil at 2600km. and 4000km ,tightened chain by self as usual . Will not go to service center unless some serious prob. with engine Today air filter also will be cleaned.
Not recommending for any body , I do because I have about 30 years experience with bikes and their maintenance.
Just returned from 1460 km ride to Andhra Pradesh state.Beautiful highways mostly did 80 to 110km /hr continuously for hrs together . No Problems faced .Low speed mileage is 60 even now. At high speeds it is about 50+
Highest speed touched is 112km - little down gradient cross winds more than30 km/hr and head ducked position .Because of cross winds bike was unstable ,so did not try again.
Next trip Ernakulam - Bangalore - Pune - Kopargaon.and back via Goa. This is a dream for me to visit shirdi temple and my last bike trip .
