OLD CRF150(156.80cc) = CBZ Classic.
NEW CRF150(149.00cc) = New CBZ,Hunk,Unicorn.

Variation can b there upto 2000 RPM, not above that,if its so there must be some issue.report it to SVC.

the headlight intensity wont be like that when i use the pass switch.Thats DC mate .

just had 3rd servicing yesterday...engine is butter smooth and so are the gears now... everything good here i hope everything is good for you guys tooo and happy new year xbhpians!

Costs anywhere between 80~150/- depending on quality and other factors like reflecting type etc.

Windtones are legal, where as Air Horns are not.

Some people are just confusing me here. Two mechanics from local SC and Bajaj SC have told me, clockwise means more oil, less air. Aneesh, I'm not doubting you but could you confirm please? Yesterday I checked spark plug in my hunk, it's too much clean and white. I also feel under-power after 60kmph. so planning to increase oil mixer in curb. I've done 270 km with it.

In 2-Stroke bikes,With AFR SCREW we adjust Air,so when we turn it clockwise it means less air and more fuel.But in 4-Stroke engine AFR SCREW controls fuel,Clockwise means less fuel and more air.

Both your mechs are talking about 2-Stroke bikes.

Had a chance to ride my frnds cbz-x previous model today evening.at first it felt little differnent but after 1 km or so it was as easy as my own one.the best thing was i could see my ride away from me,and could feel its engine sound which is just superbly smooooooooth. and plus those lights in the dark. It made my day

. i couldnt stop myself from drooling over it.i love my ride so much

One more thing i felt k having rubber grip reduces the feel of vibration (on ur hand or i shud say mind ). i feel vibrations when i ride my bike but when i ride with gloves it feels less,same s the case with my frnd bike with coushon grip.it was smooth and least vibrations into my hands.i will get a grip soon.

my cbc got its first service.

i told the mcnic to adjust the idle speed as my idle went above 2500 after the engine becomes hot,

now its less than 1000 and if i close the throttle, the engine goes off.

got a teflon coting, its very shiny now

my rear disks got some prob i think, its got only 60~70% efficiency when compared that before service. the body was slippy so i thought the disk will be wet with some oil and it will get ok after a ride. after an 8km ride its still in that condition.

Ride bike for like 20~30Kms and then set the idle RPM to 1.5K and done.

Waste of money. Get 3M Yellow wax for 60rs and just one coat is enough to last for more than a month.

The SVC are stupid, they think its cool to see a shiny disk, so they wax the disk rotor as well.

vax polish actually removes a layer of paint to get it shine
its better to feed the vax some teflon than paint.

They dont use real teflon, they just call it so, just to charge us 400~500Rs for a stupid wax job. I know cause I've seen them personally do it.

is the transparent teflon cotting visible?
or how can i ensure that they really cotted it with teflon?

Teflon is something which is'nt freely available, when I approached the wholesale dealer he said they're willing to do it for us, but they dont have the right to sell it due to some hazards.

Teflon is in solid form, they heat it or something using a machine, to a pastey form, then spray throught the bike/car then using a buffer, buff it.

Teflon coating is usually done wearing protective gear, the guy at SVC does it without anything, if he was dealing with real teflon then he would've died due to cancer years back.

Real teflon costs anything between 1.5~2K.

i heard about ceramic cotting is better than teflon,is it costly?
