1. the circle is the area where you will have to lock the tool
2. turn left it is soft setting
3. turn right for stiffer setting.

Took the bike to svc and the problem seemed to be with "TAPPET ADJUSTMENT". Could anyone please enlighten me about it? The silencer was clogged too and was cleaned. The intensity of the noise was high due to a kaput exhaust gasket and was replaced. Along wit the repairs, got it serviced too. It was soft on the pockets too, i was charged 1.5k for everything. Relief at last!

. It was @kusmaker who pointed it out about leaking valves. Perhaps he can throw better light on the issue.
