hey Friends facing problem now.. When I push self button the console and headlight light goes off completely and afterwards it comes back when bike starts. I am running on stock battery Exide (1 year 7 months old ). When I use self it's likely not able to get right power/electricity to start.
By question is 2 days before the battery was good no problem occurred when I start with headlight on, then suddenly My bike fell from center stand as it was in Slope area. After that I checked all wires and battery, handle no issue . Only this problem started occurring. I guess Now it's time to change to New battery.

Clean the terminals and apply grease over it. Also, check the electrolyte level in battery, top up if required.

      Cheerz!!
The real beauty lies in throttle's twist!!

Headlight can be replaced, Head cannot be. Wear a helmet.

Yup done that already and electrolyte is above maximum. Just Hour ago suggested by My Fz Friend I tried all light On with indicator , high beam light, brake light and When I push the starter button all light and even console (Speedo Meter) goes completely OFF... and . Nearby Mechanic is gone for Holiday for week . Now I will be visiting to SVC for upcoming bike service after 10days as I am going out Delhi. My FZs friend said battery is just went down and Suggested me Amron Battery or BOSH.

Visit the nearest exclusive eXide/Amaron/Bosch battery retailer and ask them test if battery is gone.

Battery has gone kaput. I faced the exact same problems and then after a few days, it went dead.
I switched to Exide MF battery.

            Ride safe and have fun.

Exactlr same happened to me yesterday. When I pressed start button karrr..karrr type of sound came from starter cutoff and display went off. When key turned off and on display came back and agined same happened when I pressed start button.

Surprisingly when I unscrewed and took out the starter cutoff (relay) and fitted it back every thing went to normal.

Give it a try.Starter cutoff is located just above battery. It is connected to red wire from battery and another black wire.It can be unscrewed with the opposite face of the tool which we get on tool box to open the sparkplug.

Ya I heard my friend saying that if relay problem occurs bike wont start in push button nor the display comes up in speedo meter. Now the Scenario bike starts with push button but for a while it makes all lighting items into OFF mode until the bike engine start.

I tried without any Light items On ... Bike started perfectly not even the speedo meter goes OFF now

But as You said tomorrow is Sunday I will Give last try to it and then leave it. I don't like doing Experiment with My bike but in rare cases...!!

                  Does your bike starts now?
If not give it a try.Its not complicated at all and does no harm to any component of bike.

Note:Keep the key turned off while doing the job.

You can bleed the brakes yourself. The SVC guys don't even bother to do such a thing.

Bleeding of brakes is very simple you have to just get rid of the air present in braking hose.

                            Go through this thread: http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/do-yours...ng-rtr180.html

The whole process has been explained in very simple words with pictures. I also did bleeding myself after going through this thread.

I've even had a problem where my throttle got stuck when engaged.it was very dangerous at that situation. What was the problem ?even my self start button also requires hard press to start.earlier it used to start even with half press.

Throttle getting stuck is a sign that either the throttle cable is rusted inside or the return spring has gone kaput... Get it checked ASAP. You risk a major accident. Why wait for it?
