Unhook it from the frame, let it hang freely. Thats the easiest means of making the throttle movement less hesitant. But since you mentioned that its a new cable, I'm assuming that the person who changed it didnt route it properly and its getting caught somewhere. You need to inspect it.
For bikes with 2 throttle cables check the cable tension and make sure proper slack is present, else it will be tight.

Guys today changed my Spark plug and airfilter.

Look at my sparkplug tip and suggest me how to tune the AFR.
Also when I changed air filter I noticed oil in the air box . What could be wrong ?

Took it for a spin after changing the air filter the ride felt really smooth .

Can motul 3100 15w50 be used in our rides ,was bit hestinant to buy it due to change in grade

Afr is too rich. Tune it down.

If your bikes grade is 20W50 then no harm .
The first two digits doesn't matter a lot as its for low temperature ,only the digits next to the W matters .

Elf moto was available at the shop not sure of the exact grade name. Is Moto better than motul. Last time used motul ss Feel like motul ss loses it smoothness after 2k kms . Any idea why there was oil deposit in the air box??

Rich mixture causes throw back from the carb which cause oil deposits. Problem with carb bikes only, can be rectified by correcting afr. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Oil deposits in the air box is due to pcv (positive crankcase ventilation) system in bikes. In a real world scenario of combustion stroke at the piston, there is very minute compression loss and a small amount of burnt gases blow past the compression rings into the oil chamber. These gases cannot be allowed to stay there nor can they be released to the atmosphere due to their harmful nature. So the pcv system makes sure that these gases are reused and directs it to the air intake box. Since these gases travel through the crankcase which contains oil/oil vapour, they pick up small amounts of oil vapour and condense in the air box as drops of oil over a period of time.
So if you find small amounts of oil in the air box then just remember, it's designed to work that way :P

Don't worry about the brand , not much difference , but do make sure it is correct grade for your bike and filled to the correct level , which brings to your second question . Oil in the airbox is from filling excess oil . Oil can never enter the airbox through PCV system , if you fill to the correct level . If you have a paper type air-filter and it has been contaminated by this oil , you have to replace it at once . There is usually a hole & valve arrangement at the bottom of the airbox to drain out such stray oil .

What you say about the pcv system is largely correct , but but engine oil does not vaporise at crankcase temps . So the source of oil is not from oil condensation , but from excess filling . And , no it is not designed to work this way - repeated overfilling and overflowing into airbox shall cause various problems .

Stick to stock only. Aftermarket filters will ruin your engine in the long run.

Could the origin of this crankcase-breather-pipe cause the oil discolouration in air-filter box? It's over the cylinder-head, is that cam-chamber?:
