but apart from this i dont see anything wrong with them..
It's very simple: Bangalore Wheels is crowded because they don't have enough space. They have a minimum of bikes that they must be able to service each day to reach profitability, so they squeeze in all the bikes. And because they have no space, they don't have enough mechanics either. Which means that each mechanic must work on more bikes to achieve his quota, which means they have less time to spend on each bike.

The idle mixture control screw is on the LHS. You can try adjusting that. But if you aren't confident about working on the carburettor in both adjustements and disassembly, I suggest you go see a good mechanic.

the same reasons holds for panache.
importance is on reaching the quota and not on quality

If this doesn't switch off the light, then adjust the position of the switch by turning the adjusting nut on the switch.

Refer page 6-17 of the manual.

If by chance, it's the front brake switch that's defective, pull on the rubber boot surrounding it (it's the rubber cylinder next to the master cylinder and unplug one wire and wrap it with insulation tape until you get the switch replaced.

Thanks everyone. I took it to the SVC he said was a wiring issue and solved it... Didnt charge me anything

Anyhow, even the perfect guys are not that great, but still way better than Orion guys. Anybody on feedback about Panache ?? I heard even the Bangalore Wheels is crowded too. I have done 7 services, plus extra 2 services....and my bike does not feel any good... even I would not mind trying a local service place

I am not happy with the current SVC as i feel that they are more interested in serving X number of bikes per day.

Can anybody, suggest me a good mechanic near Bommanahalli(Bangalore) area ?

                        thanks in advance.

@mods : is it ok to reveal the name of SVC with whom i am not happy ?

                        Many Thanks.
Hello guys, Me too from B'lore. I give my bike to Pacer Motors. There is one decent Chief mechanic type guy who's quite good. I was quite satisfied with the service. In spite of which I'd prolly take care of my baby once the 6 free services are done
